Literal urine and feces came out of the shower and the best the manager could offer was 30%. Second room had no phone, no fridge, and the water cut twice. Stay away. I've had better experiences in third world countries. Attached photo is of the residue after everything flowed back down the drain. Disgusting.

Dear Kevork, We are extremely alarmed by your experience, please allow me to offer my apologizes for the issue you experienced. We take maintenance of our hotel very seriously, and have already resolved the issue with the shower malfunction in the room you stayed in. We have ever had any record of such an event, but as always you can...

I had the pleasure of checking in with the assistance of Wendy at the front desk. Knowing I was traveling alone for business, she immediately anticipated my needs putting me in a quiet location in a renovated room. The room was well equipped with modern upgrades and was super clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay or recommend this venue.

I was pleased to note that this hotel has been refurbished and now features a nice dining room and no longer seems like works in progress. The breakfast has also been upgraded and now compares well with other hotels. Rooms were always ok.

Aawful hotel in the middle of nowhere. Did not want my bare feet touching the carpet. No charm and heat erratic. One room super hot the other cold. Weird atmosphere especially seeing cops in the lobby.

I have stayed at the one in Markham and was expecting same - wrong!! Smaller room , no mini fridge or microwave, and the dinky coffee machine doesn't have the right coffee pods for it so useless. The hallway carpets are filthy so not sure of overall cleanliness of this hotel - won't be staying here again. The one in...

We travel a lot and sometimes we pay more for the hotel because we recognize that the service and accommodation will generally be a little better. This time, for this hotel, we just paid the average cost, and that is exactly what we got. The weird thing was when we checked-in. The hostess asked for my credit card and drivers...

Spent one night. Found the hotel to be adequate but the little things detract from the experience. Let's start at the beginning. Lots of parking. Though the parking is supposed to be free, I parked by a sign saying the lot was a pay lot enforced 24 hours a day. Just after I put the first $2 in the pay...

I must say the lobby is very well designed. A fire place with lot of comfortable seating overlooking the small courtyard made the place feel warm and cosy. The front desk staff are very helpful showing us the directions in the air. Transit close by and lot of restaurants are within walking distance. Other than an annoying couple fighting all...

We spent two nights here on a bus tour trip. We were shocked to find the hallway carpet so dirty with many little stuff lying for the two days we were there. Garbage bags sitting near the ice machine and heater were never been picked up. The whole area was stinking so badly. We were looking for the manager to...
