The staff was very rude and obnoxious. The hotel was very filthy and dirty. There was a broken glass picture frame on the wall, the room was smelling very obnoxious. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor... I can't even begin to describe the filthiness and dirtiness of the bed, it was an odor smell coming from both beds....

There was a group of us that had booked prior to our getaway! All we were wanting was a clean place to sleep the night prior to heading to the airport. Once we arrived, they had already put the rooms onto the one credit card on... We were all scattered throughout... When booking they knew one room was needing a...

Pros: customer service was polite, helpful and friendly, cheapest place in town, served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower. Cons: the building and rooms need a lot of work, the wifi wasn't working and hadn't been for several days which should have been fixed with in hours of it failing, it was suppose to have a pool...

I wish I would of read the reviews before booking here. This hotel shouldn't be in operation at all. As soon as I walked in, I could smell a musty old cigarette smell. The staff at the front desk were cold and not helpful. After checking in we walked to our room, ran across multiple people who were clearly on...

Where should I begin? This hotel should be shut down by inspectors. I cannot believe it is allowed to run the way it is. The service at the front desk was mediocre; you could tell the people that worked there did not care about the hotel. Once we received our room key we headed down the most DISGUSTING hallway I...

Don't pay more than $60 a night to stay here. The room stunk so badly we had buy an air freshener. The entire hotel looked like someone had run through it with crayons. Holes putty'd up, some not. Busted up drywall in the hallways. Behind the toilet tank the walls are covered in mold. The tub surround had other people's...

Don't ever go there . They lied about the free airport shuttle. It's 80 return. The manager on duty didn't care and left us stranded at 1am. Terrible looking and police outside told us not to stay there to leave !!

I stayed at the Toronto Plaza Airport Hotel last weekend and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised...after reading the negative reviews posted on Tripadvisor, I would have cancelled my booking if not for the "No Cancellation" clause. The reviews for this hotel were terrible and we totally expected that we would regret staying here. Happily, this was not...
