Used the stay and park booking on way to Mexico. Room was 2 star maybe. Refuges stay in this hotel. I pity them. The place must survive on government cheques. So-called restaurant- a dump with empty beer cases and pizza boxes taking much of the room. When I got back to Pearson, I phoned the hotel, from a dedicated phone...

Myself and 4 others stayed in 2 rooms using 'park, stay and fly' on February 2nd. We had planned a vacation to Cuba, flying out of Toronto at 7 a.m., and wanted to be close to the airport in case of a snowstorm. The room price was reasonable, and l did check Trip Advisor, noting good and bad reviews. Since...

we had a booking at the Toronto Plaza Airport Hotel through HotelnParking.com for January 28, 2017 for 1 night hotel and 21 days of parking. We had a horrible experience and moved to a different hotel. We arrived at 5 pm on January 28, checked in and were told to find a space out back to park. We drove around...

We stayed here on February 9th as our flight was early the next morning and we did not want to have to get up any earlier than we already were. We shopped around the internet as many others do, and thought this hotel was a good option, based on the pictures on their website. Shame on us - we always...

My husband and I stayed her before we went on our trip. There were stains everywhere. The room and entire hotel smelt like pot. The walls are thin and we could hear people in the room next to us laughing at 1am. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only positive side to this place was that it...

We needed a hotel for a night before flying out the next morning - our first room had crayon, pen marking and gum on the walls, as well as we found a construction nail on the floor. The rooms were very sketchy and when asked if they had another room they said they were sold out. Once I explained our...

Don't stay here, I'll say that again do not stay at this dump/dive of a hotel. I only stayed at this hotel because my flight was canceled and it was the only hotel available at the time. The sink faucet wasn't attached properly and moved when you tried to turn the sink on, also the tapes are set up to...

Stayed in 3 rooms with a group of 11 and none of us slept as it was very sketchy. Poor customer service. Airport shuttle took forever. It's worth the extra $30 to stay at a nicer hotel closer to the airport. This place isn't close at all.

Chose this place for the park n fly. Need a room before we left as we had an early flight and after when we returned as our flight got in at 2am. Shuttle accommodates 11 people so make sure to get your name on the list when you arrive. You call them to pick you up at airport when you...
