I go to Toronto monthly and end up in numerous downtown hotels. Doubletree is a good hotel centrally located. Nice rooms. Cafe. Good service. No complaints. Basic good business hotel. I’d stay there again.

This hotel is average.. I wouldn’t class this as a 4/5 star hotel as the service they provide you isn’t that great, as you would expect something better “it’s Hilton” The food menu is really limited..
The good thing about this stay is the comfy bed :)

Stayed in hotel for 2 nights and it is steps from the Eaton Centre and a nice walk to the Entertainment District. Had a warm cookie upon check-in with 2 bottle of water and another 2 bottles of water waiting for me in my room.
"I liked the higher floors, great view of the city"
"We had a room high up, which made for a nice view."
"Try to get a room away from construction? Not sure if possible!"
"Nice view from high floors--but street sounds reach it, too"
"If construction is still happening next door - ask for a very high floor on the other side of the building."
