I must say I come here very often and I couldn’t help but notice how great the service was especially by one worker at the front desk that is very consistent great customer service. I believe his name was Trevor he’s never in a bad mood he gives perfect directions and knows the answers to literally everything regarding the hotel he really does his best to help to the best of his abilities
How can a buisness of any sort not recougnize there costomers concerns as i explained to the front desk,,,reply was owell while keeping a smile,,,My complaints are simply,,over 100 a night with wore out room carpet,,no fridge,,no microwave,,parkin that they tell you as u check out you gotta pay 27 dollars for 2 nights,,no continental breakfast ,,,im from b.c. and have been a traveling musician a good part of my life and have never been so displeased with a hotel/motel,,,I wish buisnsses would listen to there customers because seems to me they need us,,,thanks,,,
I wanted to stay close to a small clinic where I was picking someone up after surgery. This looked good. Clean room, accommodating meal options during Covid-19 but the noise level was incredible. Evidently a large group of people (more like hooligans) arrived late and spent all of their pent-up energy racing around, slamming doors and who knows what until the wee hours. Most disappointing. Probably a one-off but I will spend more and be more choosie next time.
trevor was very kind and helpful, deifnitely my favourite front desk clerk ive met and ive met a lot lol. the hotel was okay the pool was nice and the ballroom was as well i enjoyed my stay overall thank you
