Stayed for a friends birthday in the downtown Toronto area. Location is perfect, within walking distance to many Toronto attractions. The executive lounge is beautiful and has amazing views of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious and I cannot wait to stay again!
I usually stay at this property when we spend the night in Toronto and in the past it was pleasant but this visit was awful. I am a honors members and I always stay at Hilton properties but it’s time for me to look elsewhere. First off, the WiFi did not work at all. I tried calling front desk for help but no one ever answers and the one time they did the suite phone was so statically that I couldn’t understand the other person. Secondly, they still do not have smart TV where you can watch Netflix or Prime. I understand it’s COVID and they have limited staff but I won’t be staying here anymore. Only bright spot of my stay was the valet staff. They were extremely nice and friendly.
This was the perfect hotel for our family when we went to a raptors game and TO sightseeing weekend. Walking distance to everything including the CN Tower, restaurants and Raptors den! We lived that we could walk from inside the restaurant to Ruth’s Chris Restaurant and the bar is super lounge and modern, perfect for a pre or after dinner drink. The pool is not great but we went there once as we were busy exploring the city with the kids. Overall a great stay!
Worst experience. None present at the reception at the peak hour, out of 2 lifts 1 with the view does not work and anyone can enter the building. Basic amenities missing such as washroom essentials, tooth kit, and hilarious thing was the television in 2020 with problems which was fixed in 2 hours while the stay of the guests. Very poor services offered and yes if you need water to drink or make coffee, you need to take it from the washroom basin. Not at all recommended to anyone.
Great hotel with great pool in the best location. Good for families, would highly suggest this hotel for families with babies. Hotel restaurant was closed but plenty of great nearby options and try the scenic elevators
