Great access to everything, the bartenders are awesome, rooms are comfortable. I am normally a Hilton guy but I would stay here again, for sure. It is close to baseball, food, and the conference center.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a wedding event. King size bed, but too small of a room. Rooms definitely need touch ups or renovations. Very limited closet space. Bathroom was small and shower area needs a major cleaning. Dust and chlorine build ups were visible. Room AC/Air unit needs a filter change, else you will need allergy medication...

this isn't a bad hotel but it's not one I would rush back to. As I travel to downtown Toronto for work I stay at various hotels in the same area and I would rate this one my least favourite The room they put me in felt like it had not been used in awhile (or not well cleaned for...

We were there for a full week on business. Very kind staff in every role of the hotel's organisation! Clean, modern, great location. Room was spacy and quiet on the back side. Soon there will be a big tower get built next door - that risks to become noisy.

Nice and clean rooms, quite spacious but a little dark for working there if you need to. Common areas are ok. Staff was helpful. I ordered diner to eat in and the lady over the phone was nice in recommending things on the menu.

Staff very friendly, could walk everywhere. We first got a room with a bay window with no curtains that was bigger but very bright and in front of other buildings. The staff changed us to a more private room. The rooms were decent but for the rate breakfast could be included.

From the moment we arrived we were not impressed. We entered on the side because the front was under construction. When we entered, we were welcomed by a lot of stairs to drag our 3 large pieces of heavy luggage up, in addition to a few other items. A hotel employee finally met us at the stairs and offered to...

I was in Toronto for my daughter's wedding. I had a gorgeous corner suite for three nights. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very welcoming. All our guests enjoyed staying at this hotel. A shout out to Vivak who helped us block rooms and was most helpful in making our stay memorable.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
