Stayed for 3 nights on a work related conference. Loved the hotel, rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean. Conference facilities and the Proof Bar within the hotel, very nice. Location was excellent, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, all that's Toronto. Subway around the corner if you need it, all in all, I hope to stay here again.

Myself and my husband recently spent four nights at this hotel. It is in a fabulous location, close to shops, bars and museums. The room was a decent size, with a nice view of the Toronto skyline and we found it to be good value. We used the pool a couple of times, which was small but well kept and...

Dear Buffalo27, Thank you for taking the time to post your review following your most recent stay with us! Stayed at hotel for two nights as teenaged son had football event at Varsity field. Hotel service from top to bottom was superb...didn't everything that a luxury hotel should do for guests. Full service hotel that does very well on amenities. Beautiful lobby, pool etc. The floor & room we were on suffered from old carpets reeking of deodorizer. Not pleasant. If that were updated would definitely be a 4 star experience. Otherwise 3+.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
