This hotel is close to many excellent restaurants. It is walking distance to the train or underground. Room are nice. Loved the number of channels cable TV. Rooms are nice. Very soft sheets. Harwood floors instead of carpeting - is a big bonus!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 9 January 2017

The room was everything you'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Moderate in size and very clean and comfortable. What set this hotel apart was the great customer service. Our first night, an alarm went off in the next room and continued for a very long time. We called the front desk and someone went to shut the alarm off...

I found the hotel very average. The location was ok. It's super close to the rogers centre. I booked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was the cheapest option for best reviews and location. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights to go to some baseball, hockey, and basketball games. The staff seemed fine (I didn't have...

Nice location! Easy walking distance to the Rogers Center and CN tower. Clean comfortable rooms. Not a huge hotel so no wait for the elevator. Breakfast was good and not crowded. Staff was friendly. Would definitley recommend.

The only positive here was location They tried to charge me triple for my room, and I had to argue that there was no way my room total for three days was $2,400 I did not receive a room upgrade, even though I requested it (as a diamond member) and they did have availability. It was the most dated hiltin...

This is 16 story Hilton Garden, right in the Toronto Downtown, behind the CN Tower, our room has view of CN Tower. The staff is really nice and friendly, nice big pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good, we order omelets, our waiter came to us and told us to pack some pastries and coffee and juice for later....

Parking pricey $40.00 and inconvenient because there is only valet as an option. If you want to park nearby for half price at any nearby public parking you can only purchase a ticket for next day 6am or 7am at which time you have to renew your ticket.

The location, accommodation and service was excellent. Easy walk to the theatre and dining. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Valet parking, while expensive, was efficient and easy. No worries about parking or hauling luggage.

Best location and best accommodations in the Downtown core. The staff from the Valet all the way up to the General Manager have made all of my stays completely enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxation after a day of touring the downtown. The city and sites the team helped locate were great and easy to find.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
