What a great place to stay in Toronto. I stayed inthe one bedroom suite downstairs with full kitchen, living area, and private bath. This is lovely pristine home with tasteful, elegant decor and about 15-20 minutes from Toronto Island Airport by cab. Roberta is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable....

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely B & B. Home has beautiful antiques, is tastefully decorated but has wonderful modern touches. Roberta does an outstanding job and was always willing to answer questions, help with reservations for meals, and did an amazing breakfast each morning. We stayed in the suite on the top floor - everything a guest would want...

Husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom Palmerston Suite on the top floor for 2 weeks. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Wonderful amenities in suite: toiletries, luxurious body cream, full magazine rack. Bath robes. Full range of coffees, water stocked in fridge. Comfortable bed and linens. Wished it had been a King but still it was fine and comfortable....

We spent five days here in the top floor apartment and found it to be perfect in every way. The house is located in Little Italy close to Kensington Market, China Town and the University. Restaurants and interesting shops are everywhere and there is lots of selection if you choose to cook your own meals. The apartment is lovely -...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Annex Garden with Roberta (and her two adorable dogs) last month. We had high expectations and were not disappointed. The College ST area is a great starting point for staying in Toronto, and we found plenty of interesting places in the immediate neighbourhood (I'd recommend Kalendar bar at the end...

I have stayed at this B & B twice and it is excellent. Our host, Roberta, is gracious and makes a healthy, tasty and nutritious breakfast. It is located near Little Italy - lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and on a trolley line, so it's convenient to get to other parts of the city. I stayed in the king...

Staying in Little Italy

Neighbourhood Profile
Little Italy
Toronto's Little Italy is a city hotspot for cafe culture and nightlife. There's something for everyone in Little Italy, apparent from the cross-section of clubbers in glitzy dresses, and elderly couples arm-in-arm heading to their favorite wine or pasta spot. Cafes spill onto the wide sidewalks, pool lounges and bars are always teeming with noise and activity, and both outdoor and indoor marketplaces are packed with fresh fish, cured meats, and pungent cheeses. All of the activity makes it a perfect spot for people-watching, especially over a nice glass of red wine or a quick and sumptuous slice of pizza at one of the many eateries or trattorias in the area.
