It was our first time to Sarnia and the Quality Inn was a good location for us. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast which is not that bad. Good selection of muffins, toast, eggs, sausages and you can even make your own waffles. The lady that takes care of the breakfast in the restaurant...

Easy access to/from the Bluewater Bridge. Room was spacious, clean and had two armchairs plus a desk chair. The armchairs may seem like a small item but after a long day its nice to not have to watch TV from the bed. Bed was comfortable and since room was on the back of the hotel, very quiet - no road...

In my room, the popcorn ceiling was peeling, carpet looked like it has never been cleaned-- thankfully I brought flip-flops and socks, the bathroom door doesn't latch unless you force it, then the door doesn't want to open, the...

The room was fine, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had dinner there which was very good. Steak done as requested. The staff was obliging and attentive. Breakfast on the other hand was not that great; it is included. Sausage, potato squares and very anaemic looking scrambled eggs (which were not fresh but probably from a box. Tasteless. Yogurt...

This hotel had no heat even though they switched rooms still the same issue. In one of the rooms the phone was not working. The fridge was not working . The only pleasant sounds surprise was the lady in the restaurant every morning we went for breakfast. She was very pleasant. Housekeeping was never present for the three days we...

I travel to Sarnia often, and Quality Inn is normally my "Go To" Hotel. The beds are comfortable, and everyone is always so courteous. If it wasn't for the Front Desk staff and Restaurant Staff I would pick another Hotel. This morning however, I was disappointed to find out that there were no eggs available to have with my breakfast....
