Wow, what a beautiful place, best beach on the island. Our host were so warm and welcoming, breakfast was outstanding. The house is well kept, clean and tidy. They have managed to capture the beauty of Lake Erie and the inland lake in such a way that you feel your surrounded by paradise... Nature lovers dream.. I can't wait to... More

Of all the places to stay on Pelee Island we were glad that we chose Wavecrest. This beautiful B&B captures the essence of the island with its naturalized pond at the front and gorgeous beach in the back; you couldn’t ask for a more relaxing spot. We took a step back in time staying in the Victorian Suite with its... More

Not only was our stay at the Wavecrest B & B awesome, I enjoyed playing with Barry's little dog Tashi. We also went on a wine tour at the Pelee Island Winery, thanks to Derek, our tour guide, it was a great experience and very informative. The other staff members were also very friendly.

Wavecrest B&B was an amazing experience. We were warmly welcomed by Barry and Thom who are the best hosts ever. Ou room, the Beachfront room was perfect: the air, the light, the sound of the birds and the waves on the beach outside our window... truly relaxing and special. We were there for 3 nights and each day we looked... More

Thank you for fabulous review. We cannot tell you how wonderful it was for us to have you both stay here. Our heartwarming discussions with you out on the deck and around the breakfast table with the other guests will always be remembered. We love it when people embrace the island and enjoy all of the experiences that they have... More

A Pelee Island long-weekend is a sensory experience. Reminded me of Costa Rica, with a symphony of birdsong thoughout the day into the evening, conservation areas with vine-entwisted trees, the smell of lilacs and other flowers and its waterfront. We came over on the 90 minute ferry with bicycles, arriving in the late evening at the Wavecrest B&B on Lighthouse... More

You two were such troupers. The fact that it was a long weekend and no ferry space left made no difference to you and you just rode your bikes everywhere.Conversations over breakfast and happy hour with the other very congenial guests were fabulous and that is what makes running this establishment so gratifying for us. It was a pleasure to... More

My wife and I stayed 3 nights on Pelee Island at Wavecreast Bed and Breakfast. The house and gardens are beautiful, our room was excellent and the hosts were perfect. Our room was at the back of the house facing the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious and very well appointed. We were... More

We so enjoyed your stay with us and happy hours were such a lot of fun. You truly embraced Pelee, shopped till you dropped in our businesses on the island and modelled your purchases for us. We are so glad that you found a gurgle pot and we hope that you are enjoying your retirement. Cannot wait to see you... More

Wavecrest Bed & Breakfast was an excellent find for my boyfriend and I. Our hosts, Barry and Tom were very warm and gracious. Their home is a reflection of their personalities. You picked a great bunch of guests to enjoy your first B&B experience with and I think that a "kraken" good time was had by all. We also admire that you worked with the holiday ferry situation and even spent an extra night at another establishment because of the full boats. Thank you for coming to Wavecrest and sharing all... This place is incredible. Where can you find a place where you have a beach in your backyard (Lake Erie) and a lake in front (lake Henry) without mentioning the huge pond on the front property with bird feeders just beside. If you are a bird lover, this place is for you. Just as you walk out in front, you... More

We are so glad that you spent time with us during our birding season this year. It was a great year for birds and we are glad that you enjoyed your time with us at Wavecrest. We certainly hope that come and visit us and the birds in the future and carry on with your card games on the porch. More

The Wavecrest Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully appointed place to stay...spotless, interesting décor, comfortable rooms with impressive views of windswept beach. Our hosts were charming and classy and made us feel very welcomed. Our breakfasts were fresh, varied and always accompanied by homemade baked goods and amusing conversation. My partner and I were there in May to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. Even now, months later, I remember how incredibly gracious our hosts were. The setting and bright, well-designed home are wonderful on their own (for example, nicest washroom I've had at a B&B) but are made all the more memorable and welcoming by Thom and Barry. A great...
