The house is very central and the Tower Room fit our needs and our budget....perfect. Richard is most entertaining and a great source for travel information in and about Ottawa. We recently took the weekend off and went to Ottawa and stay at Auberge The King Edward B & B. The host Richard was wonderful. He gave us excellent directions to the bike paths along the Rideau and walking routes to downtown. The breakfast was delicious. We wish we could of stayed longer however we would definitely go back again.

This B& B is charming for three reasons : - the house with its astonishing 1910 / 1920' style (portrait of Edouard VII, old phones, old furniture...) - the excellent breakfast (good French "croissants") - and above all the nice welcome from the owner who in addition, gave us accurate and reliable information on Ottawa. Being passionnate by travels, he... More

We stayed for two nights when visiting family. Richard was very informative, we enjoyed chatting with him, and Sunny the dog so well behaved. A treasure to see the decor on the inside. Rooms were very clean, and breakfast was lovely. The price is very reasonable too.
