I had never stayed in a B&B before so I had some reservations about staying at Simcoe Manor. However, after having spent a weekend there with friends, Simcoe Manor laid all my reservations to rest. John and Alison are wonderful hosts. Although they were supposed to be closed, they graciously opened Simcoe Manor for us, and we felt like we...

The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and decadent and the proprietors are warm and so helpful. I felt like I was at home (away from home). After a day of strolling or enjoying theater I was so happy to return to my beautiful room to relax. I will definitely be returning to Simcoe Manor.

My husband and I have been staying at Simcoe Manor for over ten Labor Day weekends, sometimes with another couple, sometimes alone. We look forward to spending time in this gracious accommodation. The rooms are lovely and immaculate. The breakfasts are fabulous and we enjoy lively conversations with other guests (some also returning many times like us). We are very...

My husband and I have grown to love the Simcoe Manor over the years. At one time it was customary for us to visit a different Inn on our frequent trips to NOTL simply for variety & experience, THAT was until our stay at Simcoe Manor! It was a place we began looking forward to visiting and always a highlight...

My wife and I return to Simcoe Manor every year for the great hospitality, food, and high end accommodations. John always has recommendations for restaurants and wineries that add to our overall experience. We also love the proximity to Queen Street and the backyard pool. Best pancakes ever!

I do not need to say much. It was a great experience. Our host and hostess were gracious and very helpful to us as we arrived a little late for getting to the theatre on time. John made sure we got there. Breakfasts were excellent and flexibility on timing (we love early morning coffee) was very much appreciated. We occupied...

The manor itself was lovely, however the host John ruined our experience. He did this by being overbearing, controlling and intrusive. One of the two breakfasts were below average due to the fact that he was frustrated with us as guests and was vindictive. He literally served us half a grapefruit and old muffins. We were a large group and...

I love to stay with friends, and I have them in very wonderful places. Hawaii, Rome, London and the like. When I decided to go to Niagara-On-The-Lake to see the theater instead of going to London this year, I looked for a place that would be like I was staying with friends. John and Allison were the perfect hosts with...

Simcoe Manor was an excellent choice for out time away this summer. Allison and John were the perfect hosts in a facility that was gorgeous! We stayed in the Green Suite which was so beautiful and roomy. Our breakfasts were fabulous - wonderful fruit compotes each morning made with locally grown fruit, delicious butter tarts and fantastic entrees - fresh...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simcoe Manor. The house and the grounds were simply gorgeous! We were treated to a gourmet breakfast each morning. John was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He helped us pick out vineyards, and also gave us free tasting vouchers. I enjoyed learning about the history of the town and its residence. We will definitely...
