We stayed here for 2 night on our honeymoon touring Canada. When we arrived the male owner (very sorry forgotten name) could not be more friendly and helpful. He talked us through all the best places to visit and was spot on with his restaurant recommendations which we later tried. The house itself feels very welcoming and has a magical...

Thank you for mentioning the welcome feeling because we take great efforts to make people feel at home. We have always felt it is a happy house and always enjoy sharing...

We stayed in the Granny Smith room, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Gail and David were so welcoming, and made our stay the highlight of our trip. Breakfasts were delicious, and, as anyone who loves B&Bs knows, half the fun is meeting other guests at the table. Gail made sure we had vouchers for wineries,...

Many thanks for your kind words Mary. It was fun to host you two and we hope you can make it back soon. It really is peaceful here and people might not expect that because our location is just a few steps to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and theater.

Imagine if you will an elegant intimate friendly alternative to the proliferation of 'hotel groups' in Niagara on the Lake. Imagine a lush and romantic bedroom with private bath; imagine having the run of an old fashioned parlour and back garden just outside your front door. Imagine coming downstairs in the morning and coffee's on the table. Picture yourself engaged...

My wife and I were holidaying in Canada and part of our itinerary took us to Niagara-on-the-Lake and this was a last minute booking because of a change in arrangements. The interior of the house is amazing, reflecting Gail's experience in interior design. Both Gail and Dave made our short stay very special and welcoming. We had the room at...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Apple Tree B&B this past weekend. We arrived at 12:00 noon as per check-in time but our rooms weren't ready. Gail and David welcomed us warmly and we made ourselves comfortable in the cozy living room. They gave us some info on the house and were happy to give us suggestions for restaurants...

Thanks for the great review Shirley. Yes we are one of the only, if not the only place , that offers early check-ins. The rooms are not always ready but with our central downtown location it provides guests the opportunity to park the car for free and leave their bags in the safety of the B&B. Those that want to...

Enjoyed a nice weekend at the Apple Tree B&B. Gail and Dave are extremely accomodating and very gracious hosts. Enjoyed an amazing homecooked breakfast each morning in the formal dining room with the other two couples that stayed at the B&B. Minutes away from the town center and the theatres. On recommendations of Gail enjoyed a couple of great dinners...

We had a wonderful stay in Niagara on the Lake. The historic home was as charming as the hosts, Dave and Gail. We stayed in the Granny Smith room which was large enough to be comfortable and still retain the quaint charm of the old house. The bath was spacious, immaculate and modern. The location was very convenient and we...

Located in a a residential section just two blocks from the town center, this is a great location to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake (NOTL). Our room, the "Granny Smith" -- there are three rooms all on the second floor and each named after apple varieties -- was the largest of the three with a nice sized bathroom and quaint gauzy drapes over...
