This B&B is located just steps away from many restaurants and pubs located right in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Our entire visit was wonderful ! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts John & Steven were the best !! They catered to us from the moment we arrived in the driveway. From carrying our bags...

My husband and I stayed at The Butler House this past weekend as we celebrated my birthday in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The decor was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Black and White Room which was quite comfortable and spacious. There was an enormous tub in our private bathroom. John and Stephen were very warm and welcoming when we arrived, and so...

Just returned from another lovely 2-night stay with my sister at The Butler House. This B&B is consistently excellent. Whether relaxing by the fire, enjoying our beautiful, spacious Black and White room or savouring John's wonderful 3-course breakfasts, we always thoroughly enjoy our stay here. Can't think of a thing I would fault or change!

Walking home from a tribute to Oscar Peterson on Friday night...wait a minute...I just realized that I referred to the Butler House as home. Well I guess I subconsciously summed it up. It just feels great to be there. Thanks John, Thanks Stephen.

It's difficult to think of anything to add to the praise The Butler House has already got. Our room - the "Black and White" - was lovely. But I think the best part of our stay were John's breakfasts on the two morning we spent there: just superb. For the first time in my life, I thought steel cut oats...

The Butler House is beautiful -- we stayed in the stunning black and white room with the spacious and superbly equipped bathroom. The bedroom is stocked with magazines, water, wine glasses, a fridge, and stamped postcards...nothing is missing! But the Inn itself is surpassed by the gracious hosts--both fun and accommodating at the same time! The breakfasts are outstanding--three courses...

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at The Butler House. John and Stephen were the most thoughtful and hardworking hosts. They really pay attention to detail and they don't miss a thing. From the pre-stamped postcards and Pellegrino water in our suite to the meticulously clean home, everything was well-executed. John makes delicious, elaborate 3-course gourmet breakfasts....

With so many B&Bs in Niagara on the lake it is great to find one that is consistently delivering. The home is up to date, well appointed, clean and no deferred maintenance. The hosts were helpful and sincerely want you to enjoy your stay. Last visit we took all three rooms and felt we had our own oasis. Easy walk...
