Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Price was reasonable, free breakfast was fine and the large 2 person whirlpool bath in our room was a bonus. Room was quiet, clean and furnished very nicely. Defenitely would stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly . The rooms were absolutely spotless, simple but comfortable. There was unfortunately no room service due to covid rules , but just requesting towels and shampoo/soap got us a pile of each whenever requested. We did get full room service by request after 2 days . The hotel is very well located , we walked to nearly all the attractions easily. We would definitely come back here.
We did not know what to expect from a hotel so near to busy Clifton Hill, and were so happy with this choice. From the moment we walked in we felt positive. The staff was friendly at check-in and each staff member we encountered was also friendly and helpful. The halls, elevator, breakfast room and most importantly, our room was spotless and comfortable. We met a man who was cleaning during our stay, and he was thorough. Even in the elevator he was aware of fingerprints he quickly removed. The parking lot was adequate and with the hotel parking stub, was free. I noticed while looking for a place, that some hotels charged hefty parking prices. We slept well for our two night stay. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about, but it didn't matter. If I return, I would definitely choose this place.…
We stayed at the high country in sept of 2022. Perks: great location easy to access Niagara and Clifton hill. Parking is reasonable at 15$/night. Breakfast was satisfactory. Downfalls: Had to pay 40$ for early check in- was worth the money after a red eye but still expensive. Hot tub was down. Overall would come back/ or recommend to friends.
everything was perfect , the room was clean and friendly staff, well situated very close to the main attractions I would recommend this hotel and we would go back again, the parking at the hotel was affordable $15.00 a night but if you use your car in Niagara falls get ready to pay everywhere for parking
The Radisson Niagara Falls is not in the country and somewhat more accessible than other inns, while offering a simple breakfast. (Big kids like the free coffee/cookie too in the morning.) We’ve stayed also at the Sheraton before; and for a basic room at Radisson that is half the ballpark price of Great Wolf (with a better, Falls view at about the same age of construction), the Radisson is not bad. Last minute this hotel can have availability, although it may be bustling with military (American) guests crossing Rainbow Bridge nearby. It’s no Super 8 but if you want a working microwave, too, they can accommodate you. Because it was walking distance (by the casino) to Fallsview water park, which has lockers, we could enjoy the fitness/pool here or take teens to a bigger venue on rainy days. It’s possible to avoid busy roads, walking 5 minutes to Clifton Hill shops above the War Memorial of 1812 facing River cruises; or 15 minutes’ walk to Skylon Tower observation deck. Lock up belongings if you’re parking in this area of downtown. It may not have the tranquility of Niagara-on-the-Lake, but the Radisson is fine for a couple days of sightseeing.…
Comfortable room, clean, great well lite bathroom. Had a large refrigerator, but strangely no microwave. Coffee maker, if I recall correctly, was a Keurig which is more useful than a drip machine. Real issue was the noisy AC unit that growled and rumbled. Breakfast was excellent is a very well equipped and designed breakfast room.
Great location - short walk to all the attractions and restaurants and casino. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Breakfast was very good (eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, assorted breads, pastries, juices, coffee, tea, milk, fruits, yougurt)
Room has no microwave and no freezer compartment in fridge; otherwise fine. Within walking distance to the falls. Parking costs $15/day - should be free! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was quiet.
Was very dusty, like full of dust furniture. The beds are very uncomfortable like you’re sleeping on metal. Not clean overall. Breakfast is terrible it’s what I imagine prison food to be like. It smelled bad. Overall I do not recommend this property it was the worst part of our trip.
