I gave this hotel 2 stars only because it has a great location and it was decently clean. The room we chose had a “jacuzzi” tub for two. It was just a big bathtub and the jets did not work. The shower also barely worked...More

Stayed 2 nites dec 1 and 2. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel nothing exciting but its clean. Did not have the breakfast so i cannot comment. Close to everything so easy walking. OPG Festival of Lights beautiful

I actually enjoyed the breakfast, and didn't find it too crowded. Perhaps the secret is that I went down for breakfast the minute they opened up for it. Maybe this would work for you, too. I find the breakfast experience at the Comfort Inn to be superior to most hotels I've stayed in Niagara. It's really nice to have breakfast staff there to attend to the buffet.
