    Thank you for your review. In conversing with you that evening, the situation had escalated as you had been intoxicated and became agitated while using profanities. Aggressive and dangerous behaviours cannot be tolerated, and as such, the police were called. We did not have you arrested, but instead reached out to your family to ensure that you would be safely taken care of. It was your family that drove you home that evening. The General Manager has been in touch with you to discuss your conduct during your stay. Thank you.

    The list is huge...very rude front desk staff very rude pool restaurant staff very very very overpriced ....don’t stay there stay somewhere else rooms are horrid...parking for overnight not no designated spots horrid to get spots close if staying a guest with you has to pay…

    Great 1 night stay for March Break fun!

    No it is all in the same space. There are different pools for little kids and bigger kids. Have fun

    Where are the cabanas? Are funoodles or swim rings allowed? How close are Jr Suites to waterpark? Thank you
    It is located in the far end of the park. It is only one with tv., We stayed at the ground floor suites which is 2 minute walk

    Are food services charged to room card or do we have to carry cash or debit cards in the water park?
    Boston pizza is 2 minutes walk from our suite. Yes, you pay bby debit/credit or cash in the restaurant beside the waterpark
