This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It does not have an indoor fountain, piano bar, or other equally frilly hotel options I care not about it. Rather, the air-conditioning is quiet and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, ample television channels, and pay...More

It depends what you are expecting on your trip. I did once with total view and it was great. Then 2 other times it was city view the rooms were very nice. I enjoy going up close to the falls on foot and hearing the roar of the falls. If it is your first time to Niagara
Falls then go with the view and on a lower floor is okay because the Canadian side is more spectacular. And yes the parking is expensive there are parking lots a lot cheaper then at the hotel.
