This place is in a great location. We pulled right in and utilized the valet parking option. Valet explained everything and was sweet and took our bags for us. Upon entering this place, it is palatial on the inside. At the front desk, a charming young man named Stefano took care of us. He was kind, sweet and took the time to check on our room so we could check in early. When we returned to the desk an hour later, he was still there, waved us over and got us completely checked in. He felt like an old friend, he was simply kind. Our room was on the 40th floor (thanks Stefano), and the view could not have been more perfect. It truly took my breath away. The suites were clean and looked wonderful. Only thing we didn't like is the vending machines took tokens, which they provide in your room, for $3.00 a token. A little exorbitant to me, I brought change for the machines but they didn't take anything but tokens. The elevators ran fast, and they had staff directing you to any open available elevator. This was a wonderful hotel. I was impressed with the staff. It's a big town, with small town feel. Will definitely stay here again!! The staff made all the difference in this visit.…
We absolutely loved our room and had the most unbelievable view of the falls. Everything was great, beautiful room and the people were very friendly! The restaurants were all very good, with lots of variety on what you could eat. The shops were also great and everything was very clean.
I had a welcoming experience with the staff at the hotel. Our 2 bed suite which faced the Niagara Canadian Falls was the perfect view for my family. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I had a few concerns the first night and the next morning. Both concerns were addressed and resolved in a respectful, timely and professional. manner.
We had a quite pleased with the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls. It provides great proximity to the Falls and is competitively priced but with some added square footage in most of the rooms. They provide several room view options though the lower priced options do come with some obstruction.
The Embassy Suites hotel has an excellent view of the falls. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the Falls. The hotel COVID protocols were very good, which I appreciated. The hotel had a tour desk and they were very helpful in booking tours. The staff was also helpful with making reservations for restaurants.
the view from the room here is spectacular. That is the only reason to stay here.Hotel staff in unpleasant and unhelpful. We began our stay with a deluxe suite, and were offered the chance to upgrade for $200 to their best room, We passed. Our room was on the 16th floor. While there are five elevators actually one our floor, only one is ever in service, meaning long waits all the time. Reaching anyone by phone is a joke, I called most recently 5 times - hung up three times since no one answered. The other two times someone picked up and hung up on me. I went to the front desk and they said they have three operators who answers the phone so they didn't know why I didn't get an answer, other than they were busy. They also do not clean the rooms unless you are staying a min of 4 days, which is fair, but they should tell you. They said it was clearly oh the confirmation, but in fact, it was not. Hilton needs to get their act together. I know this is not a premium property but I still expected more,…
There is an exceptional view of the falls and the nightly fireworks. This is the key and only reason to stay here. The rooms are dated, there is no service, and reaching someone at the front desk can take between six and eight minutes. The offsite parking which they tell you is two blocks away is actually 8/10 of a mile. The shuttle service to and from the offsite parking however is very good and friendly, and always available. The free Wi-Fi does work on occasion but if you need constant Wi-Fi you will have to pay $15 a day. For some reason at high season they have blocked off several elevators so you will also have the opportunity to wait a very long time going up or down from your room.
The view of the falls was excellent. You really can't beat a room with a view. Room prices are a little more expensive than the average, but the rooms with the falls view is worth it. A major disappointment is, at the current time, housekeeping does not come in a make the beds and provide fresh bedding and towels until after the 4th night. We do not recall seeing this advertised anywhere when booking, and is certainly not something we expected for that price. If you call, house keeping will bring you new bedding and towels but the room will not be made up. Also be aware of steep parking prices. There are 3 options. $100 per night for valet parking. $70 per night for self underground parking or $35 per night to park off site with a shuttle service 24 hours per day. We picked the $35 option and were satisfied with this but the other 2 options in our opinion is extremely high. The rooms are a little dated but again, you can't beat the view. I would have given this place a 4 rating, if it wasn't for no house keeping services in between nights, but for the price, management has to make better choices. The staff that we dealt with were all excellent, so hats off to everybody that was working there during our stay.…
We have one of the best views in the hotel - a panoramic corner suite - and truly, that part is gorgeous (although the windows are dirty both inside and out). At the same time, the beds are less than what you would expect at a $100 a night place, the room layout is just plain weird, the included breakfast has been discontinued for the last two years, and the WiFi doesn't reach into our room. So I'm writing this review sitting in the hallway right outside our door, we had IHOP delivered that set us back $100 for a family of four, and the tech guys want to know how late they can call us back tonight. But let's be honest, none of this is new - it's just perennially ignored. Finally The Keg is the place to eat on the 9th floor - and while pricey, the food is respectable. But if you were thinking you'd sample a quality brew, you'll find yourself out of luck. The best they had on the menu was Blue Moon - but they were out of that. I honestly don't get it.…
My family and another family friend stayed at the Embassy suites between July 27-29, 2022. When my friend and I went to check in, we were told that we would be getting a combination of a fallsview and city view although we had booked for a Canadian fallsview. The guy at the counter was called Norman (an older guy, probably of Indian decent in glasses). He was trying to offer us a so-called upgrade for another $150 a night although we were already paying $890 plus for the 3 days 2 nights stay. When I explained, he got very offensive and rude, telling me I booked in Expedia and not directly with the hotel so I didn't get the premium falls. He went on to talk about me to another receptionist at the counter. After some back and forth, we got what we paid for, which was all I was expecting. And his immaturity didn't end there.... When I went to check out with my friend with another lady at the counter, Norman proceeded to our side of the counter to come say hi to my friend deliberately ignoring me because he was obviously still upset from the previous incident. Very childish and not professional in my opinion. Very shameful Norman, an older man like you should know better especially in a hotel setting like this with client service being very crucial. PLEASE AVOID NORMAN IF YOU CAN!!!!!! Also, please beware.....Embassy suites has a policy of not cleaning rooms if you stay for less than 4 days. We went sight seeing and when we got back, the rooms were as we left them. When I called reception, I was told I was supposed to leave my garbage and used towels on the floor outside my door, something that wasn't said when we checked in. The lady also made it clear that because I was only staying for 3 days, they wouldn't be cleaning my room took I left. To be honest the view was lovely but apart from that, I paid too much for the rudeness and lack of cleanliness in my room. I won't be staying there anymore. This is coming from someone who has stayed there numerous times. The buffet breakfast I enjoyed the last time was also gone. You lost 2 families Embassy suites! Very disappointed!…
