This is a older motel, but the owner does a good job of maintaining it. The housekeeper Kelly is great. The rooms have good beds. It is located close to both shopping and local attractions. Cable TV, fridge and microwave. Free parking. Reasonable rates. Good wifi.
We stayed there for 2 nights , service was perfect and people are very friendly , parking is free , and very affordable price , if you're not too much princess , it's perfect , parking is 20$ every where else , so we were very satisfied
Very rude owner, he knows nothing about hospitality. Refuse to refund, even when they could sell that room to other customers. Save yourself do not stay there, better find another place in Niagara area.
For the last few years, my husband and I stay here whenever either or both of us are in the Niagara Peninsula. This Inn is run by a hard-working family. They are thoughtful and truly care for their guests. The rooms, beds and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned. There is a working mini-refrigerator, microwave, and television in every room. The wi-fi is reliable and better than most. If you have take-out food or other refreshment in your room, there is a table and chairs. I always feel welcome and safe when I am here. The management says to ask if you need or want anything--they mean it! Agreed, this is not a fancy accommodation to entertain VIP's; and the area of town is a little run-down, but any locals I've encountered are always pleasant and helpful.
We sated here for a night. The management is very nice. The rooms are old but very clean. My bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, new looking comforter on the bed. The only thing I didn't like was the grumpy looking maid in the morning who kept staring at us like we should leave now. We left at 9:30 which is still 1 1/2 hours before checkout. I would return
