I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade that put me in a room with a FANTASTIC view of the Falls, I mean WOW, it was truly wonderful! As far as the room, it appears to be clean from first glance but, my linens on the bed looked to have either rust or blood stains on the very edges...

After carefully reading most reviews before going to this hotel I must say that any negative review that I read was far from the truth during my stay. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service of all staff, the food, the room and the absolutely gorgeous view that...

We just got married last weekend at this hotel and there is so much I can say. The location is great for a small, intimate wedding, maximum 60 people. Our wedding had 50 persons and it didn;t feel cramped at all during the ceremony except at dinner time. The layout of the floor is such that the waitresses did not...

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night in July. The view was incredible and arguably the best views out of all other hotels in niagara . Besides the views though the hotel was average. I've stayed in a lot of other larger and upscale rooms for that price. You are definitely just paying for the view...

Besides having a lovely location, this hotel is not worth the price at all. My husband and I chose this hotel because we figure "The Tower" would be towering the falls. However we were displeased to see the hotel actually a lot shorter than surrounding hotels and looked cheap and old from the outside. The picture of the hotel on...

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend while celebrating our anniversary and attending a friend's wedding. The hotel was wonderful in accommodating our early check-in without a problem. The location is perfect as everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, just large enough, with a panoramic city view (unfortunately all the falls view rooms were...

We were able to spend 3 nights at this hotel last weekend (9/2 through 9/5) and we absolutely loved it! It is small and clean with a friendly, helpful staff and amazing views. It also has a fun retro decor. We were on the city side so we got to watch the beautiful sunsets from our room's window wall...even the...
