This place has so much going for it - view, location, great workers. That ALMOST makes up for some of the deficiencies. Almost. They need to have coffeemakers in the rooms. That is just a fact. It's such a small thing, but makes a HUGE...More
I recently said for two nights and can not imagine ever staying anywhere else in Niagra Falls.
Watching the sunrise over the Falls from our bed was an amazing sight which I will never forget.
The atmosphere was relaxing and I loved the Marilyn theme.
Got a falls view room 3010, couldn't see the fireworks but they gave us a discount for another night. Fire alarm scared the crap outta everyone from the 30th floor, no fire so we were fine.. Loved the room, needed some light maint /painting work....More
Tower has two sides, one faces the falls and the other faces the city. Make sure you specify whenever you book a room which side you'd rather have. Book well in advance as it does not have many rooms (comparably). Parking is valet and off-site....More

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.

I stayed here one night and stayed at another hotel the night before. It was the week in March when all kids are off from school so the area was very busy but the staff was very accommodating! Although I don’t remember exactly what time we checked in, we were able to get into the room early. I’d call the hotel and explain your situation. I’m sure they’ll figure something out for you!
