This motel promises so much but delivers nothing. Garbage overflowing outside. Internet and tv issues that stayed unresolved. Bedding with holes and signs says pool open but its been closed for a long time. Never again.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 for 3 nights and 1 for 1 night. From the car park to reception to hallways to breakfast room then rooms absolutely filthy! Worst hotel by far we’ve stayed in. Can not believe the amount we paid per night for this. We had numerous problems with our room. We walked in and could smell smoke right away, was disgusting so we went to reception and asked to change rooms. So we did but the room was filthy and definitely not superior. One curtain was half the length of other. No mirror or place to get your make up on in room. Dirty windows, filthy floor, fridge dirty with flies, numerous hairs found in bathroom and flies in bathroom. We went to reception again and asked for the room to get cleaned. They said they would get someone, we went out then came back and place hadn’t been touched. This is a king story so going to cut it short and to the point… It took us numerous amount of times to get our room cleaned, but then it was a quick wash on floor and that was it. Our coffee machine was also broke (had to go and ask get replaced) The whole 3 nights we were there house keeping didn’t come to our room and there excuse was covid (wtf) !! The hallway, the breakfast room was never touched intact the first day we went down we couldn’t get a table, waited ages so took a take away coffee and left, so glad we didn’t eat as that night the food was still left out and flies everywhere as they just didn’t get cleaned!!!! Some of the staff were a little helpful but paying what we did and for us to get a run down filthy room with just a sorry nothing we can do is ridiculous. Also the swimming pool was out of order however signs and on the internet told us otherwise! We got told we could use the Ramada one, we tried it out on the Sunday with our children …. Well that hotel was also filthy, the changing rooms was a TOILET!!! The pool was absolutely filthy (honestly never seen such a dirty pool) don’t go!! So so dirty!! Again got told not enough staff .. WOW!!!! Never had so many problems with a hotel stay… so dirty!!!! Pathetic excuse!! The cleaners were caught numerous times standing outside on their phone. Never have I ever stayed for 3 nights with no hallway, breakfast area or rooms not even getting cleaned!!! It ruined our trip! Never will I book with booking.com either!

OMG where to begin! I really wish I'd read the reviews before I booked this hotel...and they lie about their amenities. In fact, if a hotel is advertising a pool or hot tub and they don't say on their website or somewhere on the booking site that the amenity is unavailable. That is FALSE advertising. We are paying for something WE DO NOT GET! I will also say that I usually book my hotels on Expedia, but this time I opted for Hotwire to save money. Big mistake. They advertised this as a premium hotel at a great rate, lie. They only give you so much time to book, so I felt rushed and didn't do the research I usually do. Big mistake, and I'll never book on that site again. Be warned. This was my first birthday after the pandemic. Last year everything was closed. I ALWAYS book a hotel with a pool and hot tub. I have RA and moving from the hot to the cool always helps with the inflammation tremendously when I'm walking more than I usually do during a workout at the gym. Let me make it clear, I would not book a hotel that had no pool. I was offered 3 hotels with the indoor pool filter on. I went to Expedia to check the amenities. They are the best at listing everything. I saw that another hotel had reviews saying the pool was closed. I saw none of that when booking this hotel, so felt pretty safe, but I should've known better and called to make sure. If you want a pool, don't skip this step because booking sites won't say if it's closed and you're just out. I, personally, think that should be illegal. They should have to state somewhere in RED at the top of the hotel description that an amenity is NOT available. I even bought a new swimsuit before going. This trip was for my birthday. I am a huge believer in spoiling oneself for your special day once a year. It is a much-needed self-care. This year, my birthday fell during a heatwave, and I hate the heat. Plus, there was a torrential downpour during my drive there. I arrived and just wanted to check in and go swim all evening. Guess what? Pool was out of service! And I mentioned the hot tub and she said it hadn't been working for years!! BUT there is still a picture of said hot tub on the booking sites. AND the digital sign outside that flashed different messages said "Indoor Pool." I'll post a picture I snapped of this false advertising. Because it was a Hotwire booking, there were no refunds. I immediately felt duped and cheated. Plus, there was the unpleasant surprise of a $50 deposit. Expedia is very good about listing all charges, and I didn't see this posted on any booking site. AND be warned, if you are relying on a Visa debit and don't do credit cards, they will make you pay $250 for a cash deposit. Luckily, my Visa debit worked because I didn't have an extra $250. I was so upset, I'm sad to admit I cried. Going swimming was something I'd been looking forward to for so long. I wanted to change hotels so bad. The kicker is that I'd booked the hotel across the street, which had an indoor pool and hot tub, because this one was $30 cheaper. What a stupid mistake. One I'll never make again. The only redeeming part about this terrible check-in was the desk employee. I did not get her name, She didn't have on a name badge. She was Asian and a very sweet person. She even tried to get me a switch to their sister hotel, a Ramada a little ways away, but they wanted a $300 deposit, which I couldn't do. In my opinion, after I didn't receive an amenity I was expecting, I would waive that in the spirit of customer service and doing the right thing because I will NEVER book a Ramada or Quality Inn (or Choice) hotel ever again! She said she was so unhappy when a guest wasn't satisfied. I could tell she was genuinely trying to make me happy. When I got up to my room the fridge wasn't working. I'd picked up cannoli for my bday at a GF bakery 2 hours away in my hometown and was worried about it melting the whole trip. So, this was the last straw. I couldn't help crying even harder when I had to go down and tell her the fridge wasn't working. I, honestly, just felt like going home. But this nice employee came up and switched out the fridge. She was a petite woman but tried to lift it by herself. But. of course, I helped her. And that is the beginning of the room deficiencies. The fridge was one of those super short Danby things. Not the taller version you usually see in a hotel with true "Quality." (Quality Inn is such a false name in this case). If you like carpet like I prefer, you're out of luck. It has that cheap faux wood linoleum. The AC was NOT on and the room was HOT...just like the hallways that were like a sauna in the 30+ degree Celcius heat. It took hours to coll the small space down. There were two queen beds. One was so hard I couldn't sit on it. The other was a TAD softer, but with my RA, I hurt the whole night. My hips and back hurt so bad, I didn't sleep much the first night. If you like a cushier mattress, again, out of luck here. The only lamp that worked was on the table between the beds. The one in the corner the bulb would flicker and I wasn't going downstairs AGAIN to report yet another problem. No overhead light, so it was dim. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling and LOUD AF. Even worse, the sealing of the wax ring for the toilet was peeling up and the area around the toilet disgusted me with its dirty appearance. You can see both in the pictures. Even worse was the toilet was loose at the base. Every time I sat on it, it rocked like it was VERY loose and made a loud and horrible sound. The bathroom was right by the entrance so anyone walking by would hear when I sat on the toilet. I HATED this. Neither the sink nor bathtub had the proper stopper in place, no way to fill the sink. The ring around the top of the shower head was loose and hanging. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean...but the toilet thing bothered me to no end. There were a few extras like shampoo and soap, but no microwave (which was also listed as an amenity), no water, nothing extra. When the employee pulled out the fridge a crapload of dirt followed. At least the sheets and pillows were clean. The first day I went out, I didn't need maid service, but there wasn't any kind of Do Not Disturb sign. I've NEVER observed this before at any hotel where I stayed. I had to call down and tell them to skip housekeeping (I never let anyone in my room when I'm not there at any hotel). I was told they would put a sign on the door. Of course, that didn't happen either and I had to call down each day. Annoying. There was a coffee maker in the room and it had nice Keuring pods. One of the few redeeming features of the room. The parking lot was super small and hard to get in and out of certain spots and even though I had to pay almost $70 extra for parking, there were times when only one spot was available. There were other rooms across the way in a separate structure. I have no idea if they were part of the hotel or not but people always seemed to be milling about over there. And this last part is just personal opinion and preference, but the hotel restaurant was a Hooters, which I do NOT support due to its blatant objectification of women. I actually saw some guy go in there carrying a camera with a zoom lens. For me, that was uncomfortable being so close. But again, I know that is not the opinion of everyone, I just don't like how women are exploited for their bodies at that establishment. Because of the deceptiveness surrounding how this hotel is presented as one of the more upscale, the advertisement of amenities not being offered and the discomfort of the mattress and condition of the bathroom, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I wouldn't stay there again and the whole brand has lost my confidence and future business. Please, stay elsewhere!!

Husband and I left that dump this morning . Honestly if we didn’t pay for it prior , I wouldn’t have stayed . We stayed in room 205 , the shower was grimy caked in old black dirt ! The room was extremely out dated with a lovely couch that had burn homes and dirt soaked into it . The best part was the domestic violence that went down until 4 am ! Don’t even get me started on the hallways , smelled like cat urine and cigarettes 🤢. Would have slept better in my vehicle over night . Hands down the worst place to stay ! Oh and definitely not what the picture had in the advertisement.

My husband and I decided to go to Niagara for a few days. Checked out the website and liked what we saw, so we booked it for 3 nights. NOT THE SAME PICS, was tricked into booking. Ended up staying 1 night and booked a different hotel. -Outdated room -Only 1 bedside table, had to use floor for my phone and glasses -No drawers for our clothes -Damp and felt moldy (had problems breathing due to the smell) -bathroom set up was inconvenient -no electric plug close to sink -provided long long cord for hair dryer from across the room -shower stall with no soap dish, had to place everything on floor of shower -dirt on walls of room -garbage outside of room that wasn't cleared for at least a day (was picked up the next morning from the day before) When I went to complain, the "receptionist" basically said i should have said something sooner and wasn't sure if they could release me from the 3 day booking I originally made! And unfortunately, the manager wasnt there most of the morning. What a coincidence! Please keep your money, don't waste your time and book a different hotel room.

Booked at this hotel end of July 2021 for 1 night September 4th 2021 for my 1 year anniversary As checking in at this hotel a customer came and complained about how disgusting her bathtub was and she was demanding another room The front desk clerk advised her that they cannot give her another room as they are fully booked. We arrived at 2 pm and our room was not ready so we waited till 330 pm as we walked into our room I felt as I was checking in at a prison. Our view was a brick wall and the bed was at least 25 years old Lying on the bed I looked up at the wall and noticed that the smoke detector was missing and bear wires were showing. As I was looking at this I noticed something moving, I blinked and seen this HUGE cockroach crawling back in the wires. Went to front desk to tell them and they told me they would send someone up to look at this. not sure wtf they r gonna look at so I checked out and drove 2 hours to sleep in my own bed. THANKS FOR RUINING MY ANNIVERSARY Paid $200 for this nasty hotel highly do not recommend this place

Be careful!! This “Quality” Inn is not safe for people, you can get COVID-19 easily!!! Used condoms, used wipes, urinal screens on a wall from men’s washroom as a freshener, unsafe electronic after “renovation” and more... We (2 adults + 2 children )changed room 3 times until 1 am. I’m assuming they DO NOT know how to clean room! Poor customer service.
