Everything was exactly as expected with absolutely no problems! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Hope the pool gets renovated soon. When going off season, the rates are especially economical! Towels do need updating though.
Long walk away from the action. If you are staying here you will need to drive to attractions, unless you like alot of walking. IHop was at the hotel. Room had a very large gap under the door so I was not pleased with that as well as we were right next to the elevators.
Poor service no room services out dated room stayed for 3 days no clean towels beds not made no garbage pick up bathroom was dated dirty stained bathtub night staff not good awful location pay for parking at 15 in there own property defiantly not Ramada by Wyndham quality
It's fine for an overnight stay, but the all the extra taxes and fees that were tacked on to my bill were really excessive. Not only was I charged $35 for checking in 20 minutes early (the check-in time listed on the booking site was not the same as the one I was told at the front desk), but they also taxed me on that charge to boot. When I complained about it online, I was sent a form letter to apologize, and that's about it. If you're going to stay here, ask for an itemized receipt when you check out so you can see exactly what you are being asked to pay. I still plan to follow up with hotel management to inquire about this charge, and I highly recommend that you do the same if this happens to you.
Booked this for 3 nights, booked it because it was by the falls and had a pool I get there the pool all the sudden is under construction, get to my room it smelled like someone died in there bag tub had huge stains on it the wallpaper was falling off the walls! Save your money!
Gross blood like stain on mattress with stain transfer to sheets.Told this to front desk cleark and house keeping. They asked me when did i notice this. No apology no resolution I am very disapointed me and my child slept on that bed sooo grossed out.
Three negative point that I found disappointing: -The pool was out of work. this information was hidden at the bottom of the hotel website page. Didn't see it until we got there. the kids were so disappointed. They should stop adverting the pool until it's available in November. The parking costs are too high, 15$ a day, 45$ for three nights plus taxes. - Some of the staff at the front desk are not that polite and talk to you as if you are asking for charity. Where is the motto , "The costumer is king". I was once yelled at because I was trying to make a mark on one of the two rooms' keys. we took too rooms and we were always mixing up the keys. The lady started siring me "SIR, don't do that, these are hotel property (talking about the keys)." When a plastic key that cost 25 cents has more value than the costumer himself. It was frustrating. - Other hidden fees. I booked a 109$ room and ended up paying 150$. Parking included. That is an extra 80$ for two rooms…
The room and pool was nice, got a few coupons for the restaurants that were on site but didn't use them. The location was good too as it was across the road from the shopping outlet. My negative was the resort and parking fees at checkout was expensive and unexpected. Don't know if I would stay here again just because of that.
All all I can say about this hotel is it smelled bad and seem dirty. The hotel was too far away from the attractions if you wanted to walk with children. The pool was closed and we did not receive notice or was even told at check-in. Would not recommend this hotel.
The air-conditioning was way too loud. It would randomly turn on and off throughout the night. It did not have an option to run the fan continuously. Our family could not get a good night's rest as a result.
