this was the worst experience ever, rooms are terrible, dusty, dank and out of date. we were quarantining and the food was so bad, in the end i felt so sorry for the staff they were kicked from all guests, it was clearly a corporate decision to supply the cheapest lowest quality food imaginable to maximize profits, we had the same tired stale breakfast 4 days in a row absolutely disgusting. please avoid Hilton i already cut my loyalty card, to top it all off the shuttle bus only goes one way, it never turned up at the airport when we came so a taxi both ways at $80. never again. please don't support this crap.
I am not recommend it for the quarantine period The services too much bad not any trolly boy Food not good Delay in telephone response No organize the shuttle services Delay to send the bill You need to call the front desk 10 time to get what you need
I never had worst experience like this. I had to call them for water bottles for times but still no one responded. I had to go down to pick bottles in mandatory quarantine. Food oh my god worst good I had In my life. After paying 1195$ For 3days I feel cheated. Never going visit again or suggesting anyone.
I am there currently under the quarantine plan. Hotel was supposed to provide me 3meals which i paid for when i booked it. But i only got one meal. Trying to reach the front desk over the phone nobody is responding!!! One hell of a service. FYI I’m staying with my two year old daughter. Why did you make us pay leg and arm for this kind or service??? These hotel chains are misusing the crisis that trudeau government has put us through during this pandemic
Stayed here while working in the GTA - hotel is fine, no issues. Staff helpful and rooms were spacious. Very close to the airport and good breakfasts, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Would be happy to stay again.
