Booked the place due to quarantine requirements but it was such an unsatisfactory experience. The quality of cleanliness, room amenities were very basic but the worst part was the quality of food provided
Reception staff ( lady)are not welcoming , They ask for extra when we ask for any extension and if we say them when i was booking i gat the other price this lady took over me and yelling on me saying just leave for the night and leave
Every thing was perfect. Best place to stay. Food quality and quantity was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean. Room service was great. Food was delivered at door steps nice and warm.
Satisfactory service. Not the perfect ambience. Food was fine. Staff was helpful. Rooms and corridors were pretty much clean. The surroundings were also good and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities present already.
This was the worst experience I've ever had in years of travel. It was overpriced, the food was terrible, I didn't get a refund even though I checked out early. It was so bad I contacted Hilton directly to register my dissatisfaction.
