Enjoy your stay in Mississauga!
This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service, clean rooms. House keeping manager, Bosco, went out of his way to ensure our stay is safe and clean. We were extremely happy with their outstanding services. As a result, decide to stay at this hotel again next month with my entire family.
We just needed a night away. We live in Mississauga and wanted a staycay in Port Credit. Great service. Great room. Great suite. Looking forward to a return visit!!! From reservation, to check out, flawless. Iron was missing, but they sent one right up.
Part of the hotel was renovated. The new suite was very stylish. An excellent job of an art desiner: colors of the walls match to curtains, classy furniture. Rooms are quiet, even in the night... Receptionists are professional and polite. Housekeeping staff brings necessary stuff immediately. There are two computers in the bussiness-room. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because of so-called,"pandemia". Nice view from the balcony at the lake and marine. Location is excellent. You can buy food in "Rabba"shop and then cook in the suite. The grocery shop "Rabba" is in one block to East, around 400 meters walking. Very save and clear.
We booked this to be close to friends in Toronto for a reunion without being downtown. It was perfect, close to the lake and close to good restaurants. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Most enjoyable.
My husband and I as well as family members stayed there New Years Eve. Check in was very good and our room so good! We had one of the suites that had a full kitchen which we loved. The Hotel is under renovations which we will most assuredly return on completion. Great view of the lake. Great for a weekend away....
