I come to TO 4X a day in a week for work, when I first stayed here last Feb 2021, it was very cold and snowed that day, got to the hotel early around 11am, ask the front staff if I can checked in early, she was very considerate and let me checked in early, The 2bed in a room is little bit tight but very nice and clean no complain and my most thing that I love this Hotel is that they have FRIDGE & MICROWAVE in there standard room...yay!!! the second time I have to be in TO again I once again checked in this hotel for another relaxing stay, and this time I was in a single king bed room and in a wheelchair access room, what can I say, lots of room very spacious and yes another beautiful stay, and did I say they have MICROWAVE & FRIDGE in there standard room☺️ and free parking and a decent breakfast I’ll definitely be back Fairfield, Mississauga.…

Came back for the second time since my last stay couple months ago. However this time with family.Spacious clean room with added microwave which was not there in my last visit.quality dispensing shampoo,body wash and conditioner in washroom is very smart addition.Friendly staff.Breakfast is a great bonus.Pleasant experience overall.
I frequent this hotel often, have been meaning to write a review for quite sometime and my recent past stay validates why I use this hotel. First off, there are sanitizers and signage EVERYWHERE which is a huge deal during a time like this. They enforce masks and if you do not have one, they do give them out for free at the Front Desk. This hotel was a clean hotel before, but they have really gone above and beyond in terms of cleanness and protocols. The Pool and Gym are OPEN (YAY!) and this was a great way to keep my 2 kids busy. You do have to book both ahead of time as they only allow one room at a time and can use them for 45 mins leaving 15 minutes for the staff to clean for next guest. The Halloween decor looks amazing too, its a great way to get in the spirits of things and temporarily forget about the pandemic. The room we had was perfect! Two Queen Beds and Two TV's which again was perfect for both adults and kids. We watched our favorites and the kids watched theirs on the other TV. The breakfast is good too! Understandable it is scaled back, but it is nice to see everything wrapped up and the breakfast attendant is there to help serve the hot items. Lovely staff and a lovely hotel. I woke up this morning to enjoy Breakfast but for my surprise, this property as many had reduced the buffet breakfast to basically nothing. All because covid19 apparently. Coffee one banana one apple and yogurt and one boiled egg. Saving a lot of money there Marriott not even a single pastry. ALL saving on buffet should be invest on keeping the remote control in a sealed package and clean but nope. One single hand sanitizer tiny envelope was in the room. Luckily I was carrying a bottle. Vilay at front desk was rude and make fun of my accent while trying to convince him to give me a late check out EVEN I was Silver elite, he didn't care about checking availability but he ran inside the office to make sure Silver elite has no free late check out. Instead of doing that he could just check availability but nope. He told me to call back after 7am. I called and not a happy person answered giving excuses and excuses about the hotel being busy....c'mon only members travel for business. Franchises are saving money on buffet breakfast which is included on packages but not investing in other areas. SAD 1 point for the bed.…
