International traveller, had to choose a spot to quarantine, took best reviews. Despite 15 min. drive from YYZ, worth it. Staff welcomed me, ensured I had everything I wanted, dinner awaiting me after midnight. Debra, Ravi, Agnes in charge of us travellers. Perfectly comfortable bed, TV, great wifi. Lighting in bdrm a bit weird -- all focused lights, hard to see, overhead only in entryway. Bathroom lovely, perfect lighting, nice shampoo/soap/hairdryer/shower. Chef able to provide desired berries, almond milk, all my needs. Would have preferred no connecting door as neighbour was jet lagging and a bit noisy at odd hours, but otherwise excellent. They'll take care of you.
I recommend this Hotel if you are travelling or coming by YYZ, the staffs, the management and hotel was perfect for my stay. Quiet area, next to highways. It was perfect for the time I checked in there.
We stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend getaway. Thought because it was Hilton the standard would be higher. Restaurant was closed, no breakfast available except for a bag of goodness knows what and they were charging for it. The hot tub was broken or just switched off and the pool water was too cold to be enjoyable. In the room, the dual air con/heat unit was very noisy. We couldn’t run it at night as the start up noise was deafening and woke us up every half hour. Eventually gave up, switched it off and froze all night. Must assume the construction insulation is very poor. All in all, a disappointing stay and glad t be there for just two nights.
Stayed here by fluke and have zero regrets. Staff are so nice and accommodating, property is modern and rooms are spacious. Excellent extra cleaning practices in place due to covid and gym and pool are open. I felt very comfortable at this property and staff went the extra mile with everything.
After a recent business-related stay, General Manager, Steve Harrison, helped me retrieve lost items that were left behind and assisted in returning them to me in the United States! He went above and beyond to provide exceptional service at a time when the hotel was closed due to COVID-19. I look forward to my next stay!
