Rundown hotel. Insisted on credit card for security deposit. Have never needed to do this at any hotels previously visited.

We stayed here one night, place definitely needs a car to get into city center (guess 4 km). Friendly welcome, pool was under construction, got a warning mail for that one month before traveling, and restaurant was under construction I think. You could in morning get some free choice from croissants, yoghurt, fruits, cereals.

We called the front desk because there were 3 huge spiders that made a big Web on our door. He wouldn't do anything. We are both scared shibless of spiders and we will now be stuck here until the ice age.. the day I feel cement under my feet once more will be the same day the world freezes over..our...

Stayed 3 nights, nothing special. Fridge & AC didn't work properly, I had to throw out milk, cheese, etc. They finally did fix both somewhat, ac filter was filthy. We checked in Fri, items were finally fixed on Sunday afternoon? The breakfast was a high carb nightmare (boxed pastries from grocery store) some bruised apples were available. Also yogurt, water,...

Model was good. Unfortunately, they were under construction for the restaurant and I'm guessing pool as it was not open. Close enough to walk to a multitude of restaurants. WiFi sucked. Very very slow.

stayed at this hotel over 15 years ago when in was downtown on the waterfront. Thought it was in the same place until we arrived. The reviews made us very skeptical to stay here until we booked in and was very pleased not only with the room, but the front desk service, and continental breakfast as well. The pool was...

The hotel is close to the major attractions in Kingston. A few minutes driving time to Fort Henry and the waterfront. If you're walking it is about 30 minutes walking distance from the waterfront. It is also on public transit routes and has a bike lane on Princess Street so there are a variety of transit options available. The breakfast...

It's very reasonably priced and located close to the major attractions in Kingston. The hotel is a few minutes driving time from Fort Henry, the Waterfront, and all the other attractions. It is also well served by public transit and you can easily walk from the hotel to most of these places. There were problems with the free internet connection...
