Very friendly staff! Great price for a great view of the bay. Relaxing atmosphere. Quick drive to downtown Kingston. Tim Hortons across the street. Clean room, newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable! The train that has been mentioned before in other reviews isn't bad at all. Great place for rest and relaxation but still close to downtown core.

Housekeeping - or lack three of, sheets and towels looked clean but the rest was not, not even vacuumed garbage was stashed in outside spaces Location - the train near by is very very frequent and blows it horn every time it goes by... locals say that it averages 60-70 trains a day Customer Service - our concerns were easily...

My husband and I stayed one night in the King Suite. It faces the waterfront as you can see from the pictures. The suite had been renovated in the last couple years and we had a nice experience. Small amenities such as plates/cutlery/wine glasses, etc. were nice in the kitchenette. Room was clean and ready on time. Ample parking. Nice...

The owner greeted us when we arrived, showed us three rooms we were interested in and because of the time of year he was flexible on price. Our room had a great view of the bay, was warm and comfortable with a very comfortable king size bed, a nice size kitchenette, large shower with house coats. There was no oven...

The room was clean, however a little out dated. We had to ask for toilet paper and tissues. The gentleman at reception was very nice. The main Via rail line is just a stone throw away, so if you are a light sleeper, better dope yourself up. The price was just under a hundred dollars before taxes. The location was...

We were a party of 3, 2 adults and a teenager. When we arrived the location looked reasonable, and you could see many lake front properties and boats which implied a well to do neighbourhood. We soon discovered that this location did not reflect on the property, which is rather misrepresented as it's just a motel. The reception was an...

Could be cleaner. Cobwebs in corners and on lamp shades one very tiny spider fell on my pillow. Pulled out chair from corner and clearly hadn't been vacuumed for awhile. Trains and planes and traffic can't be helped but extremely noisy a\c. Overpriced for sure and they refused to give a hospital discount that many hotels do! I recommend Best...

To begin with the one accuracy with the advertisement for this place: the photo of the lawn by the bay. My wife and I enjoyed sitting in the dirty, plastic chairs for almost 10 minutes before the mosquitos found us and drove us back to our "suite." The "suite" was a tiny cabin, and we would have left for someplace...

Have to be honest, had heard some negative things about this Inn previously, 'damp, musty, dirty' but it appears the owners have done some work. Inn was full, which is a good sign in of itself! Room was cute, looked like newly renovated. King sized bed was extremely comfortable, and overall fairly clean. The lady who checked us in, 'Sara'...

My wife and I recently traveled to Kingston for a conference and stay overnight. When exploring accommodations we came across the Bayside. We decided to give it a try and are delighted we did. The staff are very friendly. The accommodations are very clean and we overlooked the bay. So peaceful and scenic. Would gladly recommend the Bayside Inn and...
