The Visitors Inn has been our "go to" hotel for family occasions for over 20 years. Our stay this month reinforced why we choose to stay here. Our adult children were eating breakfast when an unexpected bus group of students came in to the restaurant. Our children pointed out to us that Nadia maintained her composure and graciously served the...

Stayed at the Visitors Inn on Friday February 5, 2016 and OMG !!!! What a wonderful hotel. Immaculate, beautiful and wonderful ammenities. The staff were so accomodating and quick. The lobby area was breathtaking! I have only one complaint and that was, that you have to sit down and order your free complimentary breakfast and get served. I was in...

After a long flight then a brief drive from Toronto to Hamilton, this place was really comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice to doze off after a tiring trip. The location is very nice near the 403 so I did not have to drive much into town. It is also very near to McMaster.

Went to visit my daughter who is on an exchange programme at McMaster University and the hotel is quite near, and the location is also good as it is not far from the highway. I found that staff to be friendly especially Richard, who was very informative. The room was clean and comfortable and whilst it was facing the road,...

The trip was business and this is near McMaster's University. So the location is easy, near freeway exit. Few minutes from McMasters (tho not necessarily walking distance). Easy to find driving from Toronto. Breakfast in AM was simple, but nice. Rooms facing away from freeway were not very noisy at night (Don't know about those facing freeway).

I had to stay in this hotel for one night, while getting ready for an exam I had the next morning. The staff were very friendly and responded effectively on my needs (I needed to have breakfast before the time the breakfast would have started and they let me have coffee and some cakes earlier than the opening time). The...

Hotel was okay - Front desk very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Pool was fun for the kids. Bathrooms were okay. Hallways were loud. Restaurant was good if you paid for it. The complimentary breakfast was a bit of a joke.

Not recommended. I had the room facing the street and barely sleep as you can hear trucks early on the morning. The staff barely smile to me when I chek-in and never say a word when I entered in the lobby.
