Pleasant stay in a very clean and well-equipped hotel. The swimming-pool and the fitness are nice! Comfortable king size beds and large showers. The only negative point might be the breakfast that is quite repetitive as there is no buffet.

The check-in was very smooth and the girl doing the check-in was most helpful. The room was very nice and although the inn is located between a main street and the highway it was very quiet. We decided to eat at the hotel before going to Hamilton Place and were very surprised at the high quality of the meal. We...

We stayed in the family suite. It had three Queen size beds to sleep in a sitting area so we could watch TV in comfort, an extra TV in a separate area that allowed for an alternative program to watch. a table that seats 4 and a very tidy kitchenette complete with stove top, pots, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee maker,...

I took the kids to Hamilton for spring break. We chose Hamilton because it is about one hour Northwest of Niagara Falls, and about one hour southwest of Toronto. I chose this hotel based on other reviews, saying the property looks older on the outside, but was newly-renovated inside. They weren't kidding about the renovations! Beautiful, classy, and the staff...

The Visitors Inn is a great value, clean and well appointed. It's a little outside of the downtown area, as a result the area surrounding the Inn is away from any problems that a down area can produce. There is a restaurant on site, run independently from the Inn. It has good meals at a reasonable cost. The hours are...

The outside is definitely deceiving and makes you think the inside will we be icky but that wasn't the case. My room was nice, bedding and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately that's the only good thing I have to say about my stay. The service was awful. First time experiencing discrimination at a place I paid to rest my head at. Staff...

Dear MDwyaa, You did not rent a room to "rest your head". You and your friends rented rooms to have a loud, out of control, hotel party. Our staff were very professional when they had to deal with numerous noise complaints for your room. It was you, and your guests that were extremely inconsiderate, rude, and lacked any respect or...

Stayed April 2/16. Everything was great- very clean, newly renovated rooms , pool, friendly front desk. Breakfast was good but service was horrible. Lady who said she was new there was very rude and disrespectful to a number of customers, including children. She should definitely NOT be in the service industry.

Stayed for one night. Impeccably clean, quiet, updated, comfortable hotel -rooms, bathroom, all amenities. Shower was amazing! Very comfy bed. Four pillows per bed. Excellent WiFi! Basic breakfast included. If I am to visit Hamilton again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

It was a case of "don't judge a book by it's cover". When we pulled up to the hotel, it screamed bad 70's motel. Then we walked in and wow - decades can pass so very quickly apparently! We were greeted by the cheerful staff at the front desk while we waited in a modern foyer. They have spent some...

My wife and another couple stayed here recently when in Hamilton attending the Garth Brooks concert and were very pleased with the accommodations. We had no idea the rooms had a small kitchen area completely stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable and huge, my wife and I each slept in our own. The pool looked nice...
