Nothing more nothing less. Rooms are clean and hotel very clean. Never used the amenities but decent breakfast a la carte. Buffet a little more limited. Staff is great and friendly. Several restaurants around so no need to drive for dinner unless you want to check out nicer

Went to this Hotel for the kids New years Eve package that the hotel puts on, very disappointing. We requested specific rooms which we didn't get, was offered complimentary breakfast which we didn't get, rooms smelt like cigarettes, hot tub wasn't working, sauna rules changed

My family and I and a group of about 7 other families have been going to the Holiday Inn for New Years in Burlington for the last 4 years in a row. Each year it has gotten progressively worse and this year was the most disappointing of all. It hit its low point for sure. If

Just a one night stay. Worked for us. Clean and comfortable,it is dated. The price was right, nothing fancy, no luxury. Kurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge, a bonus. Heating/air is a large wall unit, quite loud but it worked. Bathroom needs work. Liked Bath & Body Works

Hello Pookie0621, Thank you for your overnight stay and for taking the time to leave us feedback. While I am glad that the bathroom amenities worked for you, I am sorry you felt that the bathroom itself needs some checking. I have shared your comments with the the hotel management as a reference during the periodic review of the rooms. I trust that steps taken will further improve your next stays with us. Stay with us again! Best regards, Clayton G. Case Manager IHGService

Stayed one night. As a Platinum Elite I wasn’t impressed. Greeting was okay but nothing special. Breakfast was nothing special either. Deep fried bacon? Deep fried sausage? In the room that was the problem. Could not plug in phone or computer to charge anywhere near the bed.

Do you have a bar on site and if so what are the hours
There was a bar on site. Don't know the hours. I attended a big party there and the bar was just up the hall but seemed to be open pretty late on the Saturday night we were there. Bear in mind, it's not a fancy hotel so it wasn't a luxurious type of bar.
