Trust me - I can be a difficult person to deal with or to please. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at the Westin, we have decided to move our business here, and it has been nothing but perfection! If you ever have an issue never just “let it go” Dave and the rest of the employees there are truly there to help you in every way! I am so happy I found this place to give our business to. The attached restaurant Niche is amazing as well! We will more likely be looking into having our soirée here in June pending covid restrictions. These people are class acts! We stayed for 1 night. Ian at the front desk was very welcoming, as were all the staff. We had a room with a view, thanks to Ian (see pic). The location is fantastic. Parking was under the hotel, very secure. $25 to park.

Had a lovely stay at Four Points Sheraton. Ryan at Front Desk was very helpful and accommodated our requests so that we could enjoy a socially distanced Thanksgiving dinner in our lovely King room. We had a partial view of the harbour. Very comfortable and clean. Parking on same floor as lobby, so very convenient. Easy walking to shops and restaurants and next door to the fabulous Cabin Coffee! We’ll be back!

Stayed there on 25th July! When Finally Atlantic bubble was opened up. We could travel to Halifax from Moncton and not have to quarantine. Stayed there for just 1 day and not sure what was wrong - but the room was not done at all. The trash cans didn't have liners. The coffee machine was not there or there were no cups Stuff lying underneath the bed (water bottle top and empty snacks) Hair everywhere in the shower area Didn't observe much as we simply left the bags and went out in the city, returned at night. I was initially waiting for a feedback form from the hotel and would let them know about the condition - but never received an email from them. If cleanliness standards are not following in COvid times, difficult to trust.

Booked last minute due to a really bad AirBnb. The clerk at the desk was very polite and helpful. The room was perfect. Very clean. Great view to the street below. It was fun people watching. Mini fridge and a large tv in the room. Bathroom had lots of toiletries. No complaints. Thank you for saving our weekend!
