My wife and I enjoyed a night out at the Delta, we lucked into the Presidential suite. It was huge with awesome views from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed and included a spacious bathroom and large seating/dining room. The sundae bar was great along with our meal. The large renovation completed was well worth it as this hotel stands out as one of the best in Halifax now. Very conveniently located to Dartmouth crossing for all your shopping trips and hockey tournaments. The ladies at reception along with the waitresses at the Pivot and Paddle were friendly and helpful with anything we needed or asked. We will be back for sure!

Booked one night as part of a fall package that included king bed, staff were great to accommodate us and put us in a room with 2 queen beds when we requested. Room was great, very clean. Beds very comfortable. Only issue was sink wasn’t draining fully but staff offered to correct the problem very quickly. Breakfast was excellent. All staff friendly. Will definitely return.

I cant say enough about this location. They have served me very well many times. Let's get one thing straight. They are located at the back end of an industrial park and they dont offer many scenic views. They certainly make up for it everywhere else. They are literally minutes away from the Dartmouth Crossing shopping complexes, minutes away from the Mackay bridge to reach downtown Halifax and minutes from a few sporting arenas where many tournaments are held. Rooms are reasonably priced and you can upgrade to a suite for a small fee. This visit was for my wife's 50th birthday and I had arranged to have a huge flower delivery prior to our arrival. Unbeknownst to me, someone at the hotel took it upon themselves to bring up some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. Nice touch. We upgraded to the suite which you can see in my pictures. The sectional includes a hide a bed and the outside deck, even though it overlooks the highway, you can see a lake across the road. Their restaurant, Pitch and Pivot, offers room service, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great service and great food. If you want a quiet hotel that has very clean updated rooms, free parking and close to all that I mentioned, then this is the place to be.

We are here for a few days from PEI, our kids are ages 5 and 2 and this pool room is so perfect. Pool itself is small which I like as its easier to keep an eye on them. Very clean and lots of windows with natural light, kind of feels like you are outside. The morning sun is shining in and we have the place to ourselves. The Splash pad is a great ad on with on slip rubber surface around the hot tub as well. They bop around from each area and will be entertained for a good couple hours. The coffee bar guy is the sweetest, and super empathetic when we rolled in with dark eyes and wild children. Whipped me up a fantastic latte to get me through the day. I only gave it 4 stars as I wish the rooms were laid out a little differently. We have a king 1 bedroom with a pull out. Bathroom door is glass but too much light shines through to be a decent “night light”. Will return!

I find that most hotels look the same and while I thought this would be better due to it being a Marriott line, I was wrong. The rooms are nice and mine came clean (I've heard that sometimes they don't), the man at the desk was nice when I first checked in as well as when I checked out and the Starbucks/Restaurant staff were also amazing. The pool was horrible, has a giant waterslide meant for kids and a splashpad but they looked old and run-down and the posts were even beginning to rust; have definitely been to cheaper hotels and gotten a better pool experience. The whirlpool wasn't open when I went but it's in the same room as the Splash Pad/Pool/Waterslide so...probably not the most relaxing. The price is a bit steep for what you get (like $700 + for 4 nights and you don't get breakfast included?? - NOT TO MENTION, the restaurant is way overpriced for what you get), wifi is OKAY, it's decent but can't really load YouTube videos all that well; but okay for Netflix.
I definitely won't stay here again but if you need somewhere to rest your head without the fear of bedbugs or your safety; this is a good place.

Our room consisted of a king bed, couch, chair, mini fridge. Bed was comfortable with no issues.
A few perks - the TV allows you to login to your Netflix account. The shower pressure was great but the only thing I didn't understand was why it has a separate detachable wand that sprays water. My wife said she really enjoyed the shower but I'm not sure why, as we have the same shower minus the wand. Odd.
Check-in was quick - staff were great would definitely return!

My husband and I stayed here lastnight to go Christmas shopping and have a night away from the kids. When we checked in, we were greeted by a super nice and friendly front desk lady. The lobby was full of very young kids that were there for a Birthday party. I jokingly said to my husband "Well they are young kids so atleast they will be in bed early". Well, was i ever wrong!! Our room was super clean, nice comfortable bed, a nice comfy couch, and a large TV with Netflix. We got settled and went out shopping and had some supper. We returned around 730pm and as soon as we got off the elevator, it was pure hell from then on! The kids were right across the hall singing, yelling and screaming. After abiut an hour, my husband could tell I was getting very irrated. It was only 8:45 by thus time, so I thought they woukd be going to bed soon. This carried on until 2:30am!!! It was so loud, you would think they were right in the room with you. And the doors were slamming all night as well. Noise stared again around 630 am. Kids were up, housekeepers were yelling at each other from opposite ends of the hallway, vacuuming and slaming into walls.... needles to say, we were super tired and cranky the next day. I really wanted to love this hotel, but because of absolutely no sound proofing at all, we will never go back!

I stayed here for a business trip for a few nights, it greatly exceeded my expectations. Considering it is located in the middle of a business park with 3 stars I came in not expecting much, but it was very nice.
The lobby itself is home to a massive comfy lounge with TV's that serves 3 different menus for each meal of the day and the food it pretty good. In the basement there is a beautiful, brand new fitness facility with a decent selection of equipment. Beyond that there is a small pool with a massive water slide, a sauna, and a hot tub.
The room itself was very nice, with a big TV and a incredibly comfortable pillow top mattress. The bathroom was also nice with a walk-in rainfall shower.
If you need to stay in this area, I would highly recommend this hotel over the Best Western next door.

Had some business to do in Halifax the next morning. So the family stayed here, primarily because the kids love to swim. The pool area did not disappoint. They loved every aspect of it. The new splash pad is a must for kids!
Ate in the restaurant and the staff were very courteous and went above and beyond to make our young kids feel welcome!
The room was comfortable and had enough room for us all.
It’s a bit pricey to stay here, but worth it in the end!

Took family of 4 on a quick getaway to this location,this weekend.. January 7/8 should have maybe changed plans when they called Friday telling me pool area would be closed Sunday for maintenance purposes.. check in was great very friendly but that wasn’t the problem. Room was good for everyone.We went to pool area water was cold maybe the reason for closing Sunday maintenance.. went back later and no towels available to dry called front desk and was told would address shortly 30 plus later still no towels called back and front desk to check on towels was told working on it,short staffed and would get to it as soon possible needless to say we left wet after drying best we could we one towel a different guest had extra lucky.. We likely try it again as is a good location
