Rooms were very clean, a good size and nicely decorated. It is a motel, so you can drive right up to your room, but the rooms are far nicer than your standard motel. This quaint motel is off the beaten path by about 2 miles (if that) but is excellently maintained, friendly and helpful staff. The motel has obviously been redone as the beds are the most comfortable that I have slept in. Rooms come with a fridge and stove, continental breakfast is served free of charge. Best. Hotel. In. Antigonish. No question or doubt about that in my mind! Great clean and up-kept rooms, friendliest staff I have ever come across in my travels! I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again if my travels bring me in this direction again!

I travel a lot for business, mostly the U.S. and Asia and stay in many 5+ star hotels but nowhere matches the service and thoughtful approach to guests as I have experienced at The Antigonish Evergreen Inn. Great room, stellar service, modern decoration, everything you could ever need is provided! Great location - 5 minutes from the university. Very tidy and clean - well looked after! We enjoyed our stay.

the service was beyond incredible. all the extras were included in a great rate. breakfast was great, the staff went way beyond what was expected, beyond what could be imagined...they sifted through snow as an extra bonus to find my 8 yr old daughter's small gold studs... but made 2 trips to look and found them in a puddle in... The room was very clean and organized. There was a fully stocked selection of drinks and foods. Room included fridge and stove in case I wanted to cook. Washroom was large, clean and very well maintained.

We have stayed at this inn a few time's now it is such a beautiful place to stay you can tell the owner takes great pride in every detail ! When you find this inn you will Keep coming back .
