Such a friendly welcome from Adele & Bob. It was like staying with family friends, we didn’t know them but they treated us like we did. We used the canoe to explore the lake and took some amazing photos. Adele assisted with our supper picnic which we took on the canoe with us and had supper along the shore. After... More

Adele and Bob welcome us to their house as if we were old friends. The house is very cozy and warm. The view is unbelieveable with the house sit right by Sandy Bottom Lake. You can canoe n the lake. At one night, Bob started bonfire and gave us a lesson on the constellation. The place is absolutely "tranquil". We... More

The short drive south of Annapolis Royal is well worth it. Located on the shore of a beautiful lake, this magnificant home provides a very quiet, pampered setting. Adele was very welcoming, hospitable & accommodating. Felt like a vist with old friends. The room was most comfortable, the breakfast excellent & the extra treats topped it off. Would definitely recommend... More

During our three weeks trip in the Maritimes, this b&b was probably the best one. The owners were extremely nice and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, the lopster diner a great experience. We would have loved to stay more then only three days in this b&b and do some more hiking in Kejimkujik National Park!

Loved our stay here. Sandy Bottom Lake is a beautiful setting, the B&B is very homey, clean, and comfortable, and our hosts were fantastic. They helped with recommendations and reservations to make our stay in the area even more memorable.

This was one of our most memorable B&B experiences thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Adele, Bob, Kelsey and Jeff! They provided impeccable service and catered to the individual needs of each of their guests. We felt as if we were part of the family. Couldn't ask for better hosts than Adele and Bob! We stayed 2 nights in the Garden View room. Very clean, the location on the lake is breathtaking, and Adele goes above and beyond to provide the best breakfast and experience possible. She was very accommodating of our dietary issues/restrictions (lactose intolerant/ eggs allergy) as well. Highly recommend a stay here

Perfect setting, wonderful rooms and very friendly hosts. Adele, Bob and their dog Kelsey were so welcoming. They kept us well fed - the chocolate cake we got on arrival was tasty and the blueberry pancakes for breakfast set us up well for the day. Really enjoyed kayaking around the massive lake as the sun set.
