Four of us in two rooms with a shared bathroom. Owner works so was not available to greet us, but a note on the door welcomed us. The guests shared a large kitchen where we could make tea or coffee and help ourselves to baked goods in the fridge. This worked well for us. Good location for the Grand Pre...

This B&B is located in a large old house, large rooms on the upper floor, comfortable beds, large kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Two bathrooms serve the four available bedrooms, there was lots of hot water. The house is separate from the owner's house which is next door. Zelda, the owner, is a well-organized, capable woman, but...

We didn't notice that the four rooms share two bathrooms. It's a unique B&B; you arrive to a hand written note on the door as to which room is yours and that breakfast is at 8. If you want to leave valuables in your room be aware that there are no keys and you can't lock your door from the...

Great two night stay for four of us in two rooms. This is a great vintage four bed room, two bath home used as a B&B. We were the only ones there so had the run of the house to ourselves. The owner lives next door and so was attentive but not hovering. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious....

This B&B is in a nice quiet area with a large wrap around veranda to sit and relax. The owner Zelda lives next door so the entire house is available to the B&B guests. She is very friendly and makes you feel at home. She comes over in the morning and prepares breakfast so everything is ready for you when...

We had a lovely room in this very old farm house. The owner Zelda was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful homemade muffins, yogurt, bananas, coffee and tea for breakfast. The view is great to see the fields and watch the sunset. We were about 6 kilometres from town, had a very nice meal at the Evangeline Cafe....

This is a beautiful older home subtly upgraded with modern amenities while retaining original charm and character. The proprietor is professional, super friendly, the food excellent (with lots of local ingredients). Very beautiful and authentic rural setting, but close to wineries, artisanal shops, and restaurants. I recommend it highly.

The Gaspereau Valley Bed & Breakfast is a real gem set in the heart of Nova Scotia's Annapolis wine region. This is a big old house. Zelda, the owner, lives next door and is super friendly and hospitable. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms so you may have to share a bath. On our stay the adjacent room wasn't...

There is a casual, comfortable atmosphere in this B&B -- a get-away-from-it-all feeling. Zelda, the hostess, lives next door and comes over to prepare breakfast for the guests, who have free rein in this lovely old house. Downstairs are various gathering areas including the kitchen and living rooms. Upstairs, four bedrooms share two bathrooms. We visited toward the end of...

A family wedding held at a neighbouring vineyard had us searching for a place the entire crew could relax and get prepared before the wedding and decompress after. This was the perfect place to choose. The beds were comfortable, the setting quiet, the host living at a home next door brought delicious breakfast to our kitchen...and we settled in and...
