Even though the entrance was not very appealing, because of broken concrete steps and no landscaping, my room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good size. There was a big screen TV , a small closet and a window that looked over the parking lot. The pillows were soft, there were lots of towels and the quilt on the top of the bed wasn't so thick that it made it too hot to keep on you. The air conditioner worked just fine.

My partner and I stayed a the Days Inn- and the renovations and the upgrading was fantastic! Everything is clean and modern, we were made very comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant answering any and all questions we asked, and the cleaning staff was SO friendly, ensuring that were were enjoying our stay and asking if there was anything extra we may need. Highly recommend checking this place, well be back!

This hotel would be good for a brief stay for someone looking for a cheaper price. The hotel was clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. The front lobby feels a bit different that other hotels I have been in, with VLT's in the lobby. Our standard King room was much smaller than I had expected with just a desk but no sitting area other than that. Our Wifi kept dropping signal in our room for short periods of time but would pick back up in the hall. Maybe our room was a bit of a dead zone? We were also next to the laundry room. When the washing machines were going next door, our whole bed would shake. Walls are very thin and we woke each morning at 7am to children and adults talking loudly in the halls. This was march break so not likely always an issue. Breakfast was good. Beds were quite firm and gave me back pain. I feel the staff are so helpful and caring. The facility itself just seems to be lacking quality. Good for a brief stay but I likely wouldn't return due to firm beds and thin walls.

We would very much like to look into the concerns you had mentioned regarding the wi-fi signal dropping near your room, please contact our front desk with your room number so we can have this area checked. While our standard king rooms do come in standard size, we do have a King Jacuzzi Jr. Suite as well as many upgraded rooms with two Queen beds and a kitchenette or sitting area available for your next stay!

Not a fan of the employees attitudem We booked 2 nights from September 2 to 4th, and our key cards stopped working. My GF went to the frint desk and was met with attitude by your staff because they thought no one was supposed to stay the 3rd. Not my issue at all, you people need to be more organized and plan this stuff ahead to clean the hotel. Don't you dare go and give us attitude for staying here, how ungrateful. The cleaning lady should be fired for giving such attitude, where I work If I did that I would be fired on the spot. Not acceptable, and I will be unhappy until I know the management has dealt with these people working the day of September 3rd 2021 and they have been giving a stern talking or consequences for their actions of treating my GF so poorly. Next time I will just stay somewhere else, better hotels here for sure.

A bit underwhelming as I drove toward it but this turned out to be one of my better hotel stays in awhile.
The interior is clean, attractive and looks to be recently renovated. Back parking lot construction meant the entrance near my room was closed. Available parking made for a long walk and I have modest mobility issues. I explained that to the accomodating fellow manning the front desk and he quickly switched me to a comfortable room just steps from my vehicle.
It was a quiet, clean room. Bathroom fixtures are handsome and water pressure is good. A nice feature: bedside lights include small gooseneck LED reading lights that more hotels should consider. The bed and plentiful pillows are comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Plenty of outlets, too, for all the chargers we now travel with.
The location has easy access to Route 1 and is minutes from downtown restaurants. If you're traveling and need a place to spend the night, this is a solid, well-priced hotel to consider.

Impressive, having stayed in lots of downheal Days Inn over the years. Clean, modern, friendly staff, excellent genuinely well-heated pool. Free coffee/chocolate 24/7. Hot sausage, eggs, pancakes plus muffins bagels and more with a toaster too for free breakfast (we ate and ate given Canadian prices). Plenty of parking. Very impressed.

The Days Inn is the perfect place to stay in Saint John NB. Not only are the rates affordable and the property very clean and updated, not to mention the great free breakfast, but the staff is what made our stay so meaningful! From Liane, Carole, Dustin and the rest of the front of house to the very helpful hospitality team! Special shout out to Tanya and Karen for making us feel very welcome and special on our anniversary. We not only received a room upgrade to a bigger suite, but we also received a very touching hand written note and balloons! With our families back home we shared our anniversary cake with the staff and it felt just like friends. The Days Inn also has a very nice pool and hot tub and a gym with whatever you need to get that sweat on too. They also have a few Video poker machines and a small bar, The Bicycle Bar. Our only qualm was we wish it was stocked alittle more as all they had was beer. They also do not have any food beside the yummy breakfast and vending machines . But luckily Saint John has Skip the Dishes so that problem was solved.
The location of the Days Inn is also incredibly convenient. It's a nice 15 minute walk to beautiful Uptown Saint John with their rich history and beautiful shops. Please bring comfortable shoes if you are walking like we did as the hills are aplenty and we mean APLEANTY!!!
A special thanks you to the staff of the Days Inn. If you are lucky enough to be there with Dustin working then you are in for a real treat!
Definately will be back to the Days Inn! We promise you won't regret it! Happy Travels!

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here in June/22. For a modest older hotel, it had clearly been updated as much as possible. It had an extremely narrow door to the bathroom, no counter space, a small room & tub, but all very clean with lots of towels that were thick & absorbent. A great charging station by the bed, good lighting even bendable reading lights, a stand alone wardrobe, and extremely comfortable king size bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a month for work (including 2 weeks of quarantine in the room). The rooms are recently renovated and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing my room lacked was adequate clothing storage; there's only a small standing cabinet.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful and especially the front desk manager Brittany was always super helpful if I needed something.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. We were so impressed with the staff especially Leanne & Brittany at the front desk and Shelly & Mabel who all went above and beyond and checked in multiple times to make sure we were having the best time. We have definitely found our new spot to stay and we felt so safe with all of their Covid restrictions in place as well. The included bagged breakfast was also fresh and delicious!
