Stayed here overnight. Easy access, parking on property, lovely location facing the river.Heritage building with good beds and surprisingly quiet given proximity to the road. Fine breakfast. Proprietor is older lady who is quite pleasant and cordial.

We had a great stay. We had the Rose Room with separate but private bathroom. Clarine was a chatty hostess at times but was definitely available for anything we needed. Price was quite reasonable compared to nearby hotels. The B&B was in walking distance of downtown restaurants and bars, but itself located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighbourhood.

Clarine is a treasure! She will surely bend an ear but, my goodness, I admire her spunk, intelligence and agility!! She is the most upright, savvy 79 yo lady you'll ever meet! And the house is old, quirky and wonderful! I have deep respect for old houses and one can see the love that's kept Abbey Glenn all these years....

We had a nice room, clear and comfortable. The bathroom was next door out in the hallway, but we were alone on second floor, so actually we didn't share it with someone. The owner is a nice lady. In September, when we were there, the place was for sale. Almost tempting to buy it, because the place is charming, just...

I stayed at Abbey Glen for 4 nights in November in the Rose room. It is a lovely warm room, well furnished and with its own bathroom next door. Comfortable bed and lovely swivel rocking chair. Good free wifi all round the house. Clarine was a lovely host, friendly, helpful and such good stories. Breakfast pretty much whatever you want...

We decided to stay at this BB in Fredericton when returning our daughter to school, as the owners of the BB we stayed in last year had retired. Our host Clarine was a great host who cooked up a great breakfast and had a very sharp whit. Our room (Rose) was very comfortable and spotless with a great sitting area...

We made reservations over the phone while driving through Quebec and took a chance that the Abbey Glenn would have a room available. We were fortunate to find a room here with use of a bath for us only. The room was on the second floor and was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was next door out in the...

The biggest advantage to staying here is the close location to downtown, with the river right across the street. There is a nice path for walking along the river. We had a large room, with a bathroom right next to it, both clean and neat. The furnishings were dated and hodge-podge (not in a cool, "shabby chic" way). The bed...

We booked a room for two nights during the harvest Jazz&Blues festival and are very pleased with them. The owner Clarine was very nice to us and made us exquisit blueberry pancakes for breakfast. She's also very flexible and can serve breakfast whenever you want!! Thats a big plus if you wanna go out and sleep in. The decor is...
