Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My family stayed here for two nights this past week, visiting Whistler for the first time. Check in is 4 p.m., but we arrived about 1:30 p.m. and were able to check in early, which was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was large and spacious and an excellent price for Whistler. There were two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 and a large living room with a patio and view of the swimming pool and hot tub area. We used the pool area twice and the pool temperature was very nice. We had a problem with one of the shower heads, but housekeeping repair came to our room quickly and explained the problem courteously. It really ended up not being a problem. If we come to Whistler again, we will definitely book into Legends. Wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We had an apartment with kitchen and the possibility to wash our clothes on a 4 weeks trip. The apartment was really clean and in good shape. We loved the hotel hot tub and the pool in the late evening. The parking places in the garage are narrow. On the other side of the street is a supermarket where you can buy food for cooking. Overall definitely a good spot to stay.

We've always been the happiest returning customers to Legends. All my kids' best summer memories were spent here in Whistler and especially at Legends. Today we checked into our 2 bedroom suite and noted a number of unacceptable conditions, reported to the front desk and received assistance from two very courteous maintenance staff. However, the problem persisted and we were very disappointed with their follow-ups and without any offer to make it right. The four-day worth of food is still rotting in the fridge at almost 10 degrees celsius in temperature. My vacation party has one nurse and one pharmacist and both expressed serious concern over this. The maintenance staff was apparently ignorant about this and questioned us about what should the fridge temperature be for safe food storage. As per the Health Canada website, it's 4 degrees Celsius. I approached the front desk to ask for the front desk manager's email to report this and my request was declined and I was told the manager had no email address.

We had a one bedroom plus den which had lots of room for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Beds, including sofa beds, were very comfortable. Room clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely pool area with 2 jacuzzis and great views of the mountains. We asked for, and got, a quiet room. Restaurant was shut, which we were told on booking. There’s a fantastic Italian within 5 minutes walk but other eateries close by were limited. The local creekside shops, while very close, did not alway open when expected. Whistler town does have lots of restaurants and other facilities and is a very easy few minutes drive away.

We stayed here for one night in Aug 2022. We were blown away by the spaciousness, the furnishings, the cleanliness and the facilities offered by the room. Every piece of furnishing and every implement seemed high quality and top notch. The Legends Hotel is also quite conveniently located a short drive from Whistler but somewhat away from the crowds.

Although this is in Creekside, there is a bus service or cabs to the village. The accommodation was great with a nice pool and hot tubs, and although Creekside is quieter at night with few choices for eating we will definitely stay her again

Nice location in front of the Gondola. Not easy set up inside the hotel, Long corredora, Too many people for few elevators. We found ants in the room. Even if it is clean the room and the towels have an smell. Nice people working there with few exceptions.

5-star prices, 1-star service. We politely asked to pay to leave out bags here while we awaited our bus. The front desk host was very adamant about not making an exception to this rule. After asking us a series of irrelevant questions still refused to budge or even let us talk to the desk manager. I’ve traveled to almost 40 countries and never had a simple request like this refused even when I wasn’t a guest at the hotel. This kind of inflexibility smacks of generally poor service so we would never consider staying here when we return next time.

Well-appointed, nicely configured unit. Our unit had a great view of the mountain that you could enjoy while sitting in front of the fireplace. Staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and pool. Close to market and restaurants.

Legends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).
