Service was great! Location was prime. Only complaint may be room cleaning was avg at best, but was sufficient enough and brought fresh towels daily. Laundry services consist of 1 machine and 1 dryer on 1st floor which need coins to operate. Grocery store directly out the doors.

This Hotel has potential to be good., . But is definitely not. I compare it to going to stay with you 18 year old son at his first apartment he shares with 4 frat buddies... Complaints - Hotel appears to not own a vacuum. The hallways were disgusting. - Daily room service consists of dropping off the odd towel if...

Ski rentals right in the lobby - couldn't be easier. Not the fanciest rooms around but sufficient for a ski vacation. Shower could have been better but that's the...

Never been to whistler and I didn’t know what to expect. As soon as we arrived it was clear to me this place was built in 5 minutes for the Olympics and used as a hotel to this day. In theory I think that’s great but in practice it made for a ghetto hotel room and lousy sleep. Here’s the...

“Ask for a quiet room - the rooms on the right wing of the hotel have a lot of street noise.”

“Ask for a room that is not facing a street, otherwise you may get noise from the snow clearing machinery.”

“Facing the village can be a bit noisy. Choose the studio with the full kitchen; more space and more light.”
