You really can't beat the location of this place. The walk to the lift is only a few minutes and you're right in the village surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. They charge for parking but you can find cheaper options (specifically near the convention center). The only bad thing I would say about this place is that the service...

The service was excellent from the staff but, I was not happy about the cleanliness of the hotel', and the bed was uncomfortable, the location is perfect, but the pub close by really disturb noisy till 3am. The swimming pool is a disaster is so small and it didn't look clean especially the floor. The hotel need some upgrade .

Service was great! Location was prime. Only complaint may be room cleaning was avg at best, but was sufficient enough and brought fresh towels daily. Laundry services consist of 1 machine and 1 dryer on 1st floor which need coins to operate. Grocery store directly out the doors.

This Hotel has potential to be good., . But is definitely not. I compare it to going to stay with you 18 year old son at his first apartment he shares with 4 frat buddies... Complaints - Hotel appears to not own a vacuum. The hallways were disgusting. - Daily room service consists of dropping off the odd towel if...

First trip to Whistler and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. In heart of village, easy access to restaurants and nightlife, quick 5 minute walk to the lifts/gondola. Ski rentals right in the lobby - couldn't be easier. Not the fanciest rooms around but sufficient for a ski vacation. Shower could have been better but that's the...
