This is the best place to stay. Right in the village and so convenient and easy to get to. Staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are great they have a full kitchen. they have parking on site. So great to walk out the front door and be in the middle of the village.

We stayed at a room with a murphy bed, as soon as we pulled down the bed, the wall directly above the headboard was filled with handprints. It was so disgusting made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay. Also the carpets smelled.

The hotel overall was affordable and nice. The service was good and the front desk people were very friendly and welcoming. The room was average, although a little dusty and outdated. Would have liked a balcony or better view. Overall it was okay.

We were upgraded to a one-bedroom from a loft suite. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was right by the pool, which was a great location for the summery weather (it was April!). We have recommended this hotel to our neighbor who often looks for accommodations in Whistler.

i stayed in Whistler many time and this was the best location. It is very close to the Backcomb and whistler gondolas, and everything else. The room was not fancy but adequate, and most importantly for me, it is pet friendly. I would stay there again in my future tips and get the suite or loft room, as the standard...

Centrally located, minutes to the lifts, shops, restaurants. Older hotel. Friendly staff. Room needed some paint. Room was well equipped with kitchen and fireplace. Parking at hotel was $19, but underground was full.

The front desk staff were rude. The room was covered in pet hair. Dust on the plates in the cupboard and hanging from the ceiling. We had the room above the ski lockers...no peace at 8am and 4pm ... Bang, bang, bang and more bang, bang, bang. The frig was supposed to be a half frig...it's only a quarter. Just...

We stayed at the Queen loft. There was a queen bed in the loft, a wall bed ( double?) And a single pull out couch downstairs. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool was great. It would be great if they have Disney Chanel for the kids but it's no big deal. It's Top floor it's strange only...
