Regardless of condition of rooms and noise level we had a great trip... Would not be my first pick or second again. Needs some updating and a serious cleaning of the floors and bathroom grout. Nice workers but run down building.

We found our room was great and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, our enjoyable stay was tarnished by the not so happy staff. We had an additional friend stay with us which we advised them of (upon check-in) and happily paid for, throughout the check-in process the guy working up front was very rude. We then received a noise...

A great place to stay in Whistler! It's family friendly, clean and comfortable and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location either, whether you're skiing, biking or just strolling the village.

Great rooms to stay as a family. Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected. Handy kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The couch also had a pull out bed that we were able to use. Air con and heating system adjustable to your liking.

The hotel is great! The staff were friendly and you couldn't beat the price. The rooms have fire places that require a fire log. My only complaint is that the 2 logs we purchased from the front desk were less than satisfactory.

The service when we arrived was very lacking, woman at check in was not friendly or very helpful. She seemed slightly put out. We had another person help us at check out who also lacked any real customer service skills. Room was spacious and very clean, great value for location and space. Easy to book and great location. Didnt use...

the hotel is loud. the rooms are very dirty and awkwardly laid out - even two people in a superior loft was too many. and the walls are very thin. the staff clearly hate their lives and don't care about crappy service. i would never

The hotel is located at a great location. We really liked the price we paid. However the pool was under maintenance which really sucked because we would have liked to go for a swim. Overall, it was a good stay.

Best location ever. Such friendly staff at this hotel. Very accommodating. I purchased the social shopper coupon to stay here. It ended up being more than expected because of the extra $40 charge due to staying on a Sat night. Still not bad tho. Basics are provided in rooms.
