SSpent 1 night here on our BC trip. Room was big and clean, well equipped. Own parking in the basement was optional, with elevator to the lobby. Nice continental breakfast was included. There was free internet, but it was a bit slow.

Small, quaint, clean air-conditioned rooms, 3-story(?) hotel located directly next to big name brands but with a lower price. Located steps away from The Village, and near the ski lifts, get the prime location but without the views the other taller/bigger hotels nearby have. Three aspects that we didn't appreciate: 1. Booked through a third-party site, one of the amenities...

Hello 310travelers, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the incorrect information regarding an outdoor pool at the hotel. I have had this corrected on the website you booked through. I am sorry to hear that housekeeping did not respect the Do Not Distrub sign you had posted. Historically our team is very careful with this request. I have...

Not a very good hotel. The Vodka room in the bar/restaurant might be great, but this hotel isn't. PROS: Location – the hotel is a couple of minutes walk to Whistler Village, so the location is great. Breakfast – the free breakfast was okay. They had good variety, and the staff were refilling food fairly quickly. The breakfast room was...

We stayed in Whistler four days with wonderful weather, enjoying the impressive location, the hiking, lakes, etc. Contrary to some reports, we were happy with the hotel, the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowlegable and Adam, in particular, went out of his way to make us feel at home. Thanks again to all who made our stay enjoyable.

Well located, clean and decent value hotel. We stayed in late summer and it was fairly busy. Reception staff were very helpful, but the main thing letting the stay down was the breakfast - it's laid out really badly to unnecessarily create queues and delays. A ready supply of dim and/or half asleep guests stood and queued directly in front...

We loved our 2 night stay here, which was part of our Rockies tour. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds so comfortable with the best pillows I found on our entire trip. Within a couple of minutes walk from shops and restaurants, close to the Peak to peak cable car, and yet very quiet and peaceful. Would have...

My wife and I spent two nights here on a three week fly-drive holiday to western Canada. Check in was quick and efficient with the girl on reception telling us where we could park our car free of charge in the village centre. Our room was a large queen room, with plenty of storage space and a big flat screen...

Perfect for a short stay everything was great about the room, and the hotel location is ideal for Whistler. The only issue we had is that there was no freezer portion in the room fridge and we needed to freeze icepacks overnight to carry our son's milk through the day but that's wouldn't be an issue for most travellers.
