I cannot say enough about the staff at the Listel Hotel Whistler. I arrived a bit early and it was no issue getting my room. I had a shower‘situation’ which was my error and the maintenance fellow arrived and fixed it in a second. Melissa, at the front desk, was warm, friendly and professional - as were all the staff I met. My room was spacious and quiet. Thank you. I will be back.

Have stayed here countless times now and keep going back, the location is everything. The staff are helpful and the hotel is clean. The interior decor is looking very old and dated and the corridors and rooms in particular need a total overhaul as do the bathrooms. After a long day on the slopes its a great place to come back to to dump your stuff as its so close and lets you get right back to the Apres without missing anything. Will go back again but would like to see the Hotel Group inject some funds into a much needed renovation.

The location, staff, cleanliness, environmental awareness, and access is all exactly right for what I look for in a whistler hotel. Across from the golf club and driving range it’s also a few steps to the liquor store and the heart of the village ambience. Parking is pricy here but there is not much of it so I’m not surprised. Park, at the conference centre for cheaper!

We stayed here this week itself. Property itself is great overall right next to Entrance to Whistler Main Village. Rooms are nice though small. Room Amenities are great too. Only downside was wooden front Desk staff. Check in was lacklustre. Also contrary to the booking information about hotel amenities the Spa Hot Tub in the hotel is shut for use and its not mentioned anywhere. Few properties in the area did have spa n pools functional with restrictions as using SPA services are important part of a hotel stay up in the mountains so we were disappointed that it wasn't working and no Compensation was provided by the hotel mangement itself even after complaining as our three night stay was ruined a bit.

We have had a lovely stay at the Listel. It is an older hotel but we found it to be in a very convenient location right in the village. The staff are very friendly, the bed is very comfy, the room is nice and large and cleanliness is apparent. For covid precautions there is hand sanitizer in many locations throughout the hotel. I also recommend dinner at the Bearfoot bistro if you’re looking for a tasty and special meal.
